Chapter 54 - A Surprise Attack 3

While Arriane and Mikhael's man on the chopper aimed the grenade launcher, the men in the vehicles stopped waiting for Arriane's signal before they attacked.

Arriane and Mikhael's man named Arkan Ullah fired the grenade launcher both hitting their target accurately. The ammunition and the control room exploded, after that, a series of loud explosions from all the ammunition blasted the whole place, while the camp of the Taliban was hit by Arkan.

After that, Mikhael and his men make their moved. They drove the jeeps and started shooting at the camp.

Taliban members run out of the camp building, most were still young recruited by the Taliban and trained to fight and kill.

They fired their guns at Mikhael's group, but Mikhael and his men are ready. They jumped out of the jeeps as they tried to avoid the bullets. They throw grenades at them and confront them head-on.

Arkan keeps firing the grenade launcher at the camp and at the Taliban members, not giving a damn if they are still young or old. He knows that if he felt pity and let those Taliban members live, they would soon get back at them and killed them and his family.

After an hour or so, the shooting stopped, all the members of the Taliban were dead lying on the sand. The sand was painted red with the blood of the Taliban members.

Arriane signal Arkan to stop. she told Andrew to land.

As the chopper flew down and almost near the ground, Arriane jumped out of the chopper into the sand. She told Mikhael to check the camp if there are people left inside.

She reminded them to be careful and told them to take back everything that they can use at their camp.

She then asked Arkan and Andrew who barely alighted from the chopper to take all the guns from the dead bodies and take it back to their camp.

Arriane: Andrew fly with the other men back to the camp later, I'll be riding in Mikhael's jeep.

Andrew: Okay Rambo girl... roger that... Andrew answered while saluting Arriane.

Mikhael and his men found young boys inside the camp. They were kidnapped by the Taliban groups to trained. Arriane told Mikhael to let his men take them back to the camp. They were newly recruited and they were innocent.

Arriane: Are you sure that no one is left inside the camp??? Arriane asked Mikhael

But before Mikhael could answer her, a boy pointed towards the back of the camp, where a man with a gun is fleeing.

That's the chief leader of the Taliban, the boy said as he pointed at the fleeing man.

Jarren who was standing near the helicopter run after the man and shoot the man on its legs. The man stumbled as he falls backward.

Mikhael and his men run over to where the man is, but the man lifts his arm and try to shoot them. Jarren shot him on his head before the man pulled the trigger of his gun
