Shi-chan’s sudden confession.

It was something that no one had expected, and of course it made our relationship known to the whole school.

However, this was all because of Shi-chan’s decision, and it was the moment when she decided to be a girl named Shion Saegusa instead of Shiorin of the Angel Girls.

Akarin and the others must have understood the determination that Shi-chan showed.

As if to change the current atmosphere of losing sight of the goal, Akarin opened her mouth.

“I was honestly hoping that she would just come back to us, but I understand how you feel. I’ve never heard of an idol confessing her feelings at a school festival. …… No, that’s not it. You’re not an idol anymore, you’re just an ordinary girl.”

When she saw Akarin’s dumbfounded face, Shi-chan nodded in annoyance.

Shi-chan looked apologetic, but she said it clearly.

Akarin and the other members responded with smiles.

Then Akarin turned to the audience.

When Akarin bowed her head, the other members and Shi-chan bowed their heads as well.

The audience broke into applause for these girls.

And with that, the Angel Girls and Shi-chan left the stage with unceasing applause, and our festival was over.

As I returned to the classroom with Takayuki and Shimizu-san, everyone in the class noticed us and gathered around us.

Everyone in the class congratulated me verbally.

Takayuki, who was standing next to me, patted me on the shoulder and smiled mischievously, “You’re the hero today, Takuya.”

“You did it, Ichijo.”

Kengo and Mikitani-san, who came to us late, also congratulated us.

These two people are now my classmates and friends, having become friends through this festival.

Kengo congratulates me for all the things I’ve done, and Mikitani-san has been a great help to me in many ways.

I felt a little embarrassed, but I just wanted to say “thank you” to both of them.

But even though I didn’t say enough, they both smiled and responded.

At any rate, this is how we were able to finish the festival.

I waited for Shi-chan’s return as I cleaned up the classroom, thinking that all of the preparations and other things that had happened would surely become good memories.

For now, I just wanted to see her as soon as possible—–.

When I was almost done cleaning up the classroom, I heard the door of the classroom being opened.

In response to the sound, everyone in the classroom turned around and saw Shi-chan still in her maid uniform.

“Uhm, I’m sorry I couldn’t help you clean up …….”

She apologized with her cheeks slightly dyed, perhaps embarrassed by the incident in the gym.

But the way she was acting, the way she was dressed, and the fact that the star of the day, who everyone had been waiting for all day, was back, all of us were in an uproar at the same time.

“Don’t worry about cleaning up, the festival was a success thanks to you, Saegusa-san!”

“That’s right, if anyone complains, I won’t allow it!”

“I’m still jealous, damn it!”

As with my case, everyone in the class gathered around Shi-chan and talked to her.

She smiles and responds to her classmates in her usual idle mode.

However, today she was in the gymnasium, and I could feel her embarrassment.

Then, suddenly, my eyes met Shi-chan’s.

Once our gazes met in this way, we never lost sight of each other.

The rest of the class, as if reading the air, pulled back quickly, and there was nothing in the classroom to prevent Shi-chan and I from getting together.

“Shi-chan……”

We called each other’s names, feeling embarrassed.

Both of our cheeks were stained red.

And then, as Shi-chan walked slowly towards me, she stopped right in front of me.

We exchanged words awkwardly.

Everyone in the class is watching us, which makes it even harder to do.

However, if we can make our relationship clear in front of everyone again, it will be what Shi-chan wants.

I took Shi-chan’s hand and said

“Please keep standing next to me, even though I’m like this …….”

As I squeezed her hand, she stared at my hand and gently squeezed my hand with her other hand.

Then she looked up and opened her mouth, staring straight into my face.

“Yes. I’ll always be next to you. Please let me stay next to you all the time …….”

She smiled like an angel, and I froze in my tracks as I admired her.

“Ooi, mou, stop, stop!”

“Sweet ……, too sweet ……, or rather too envious …….”

“Stop it, our life is already zero!”

“Eh, so you’ll go out with me?”

“No, I can’t do that.”

The class, who had been watching over us in silence, now spoke to us in a mischievous way, as if they could no longer take it anymore.

But this helped to break the tension in the classroom, which had become indescribable because of us.

Nearby, Takayuki and Kengo, as well as Shimizu-san and Mikitani-san, were smiling at us as they watched us.

I looked at Shi-chan once more, thinking that we were now a self-confessed couple.

“Now everyone knows, right?”

“Yes, but I’m fine now. I just want to be with Takkun more than anything.”

We smiled at each other.

And Shi-chan immediately clung to my side, looking happy.

When the boys in the class saw us, they said, “Damn it! My Shiori-chan!” they made everyone laugh as they went crazy with their jokes, and in the end, the whole class was able to finish the festival with laughter.
