((( Ivy Leiy's POV)))
After some more days, I found out why. I was wrong all along. While I was waiting for him to act first, he totally drifted away from me. I heard he was seeing somebody else. When I found out who the woman was, I realized she was just a nobody compared to me.
What in hell did he saw in that girl?
So when I realized she was Derick's girlfriend, I felt relieved.
But still... Rhio really love her.
I felt so afraid that he might go against all odds just to fight for that woman. He did.
But when the odds went to my favor and Rhio surrendered, Niel and Elthon has teamed up to get them back together. I was so disappointed.
Until everyone's attention went to that girl. She's Jasmin.
In a blink, all the chances I found has disappeared. I had nothing. I lived on stale hope that arguments would tear them apart. Especially when they argued about Jasmin's freedom.
One day, one of my wishes happened. Rhio noticed me.
I found him in my doorstep.
"Miss Ley..."
"Master Rhio..."
"I'm glad you're still here." He's glad that I was there? "I want to ask you a favor," he said.
I was finally talking to him.
"Please stay with Jasmin and entertain her. I think she's bored being all alone."
I lost my smile but I faked one.
"I'll try," I answered.
"I heard you studied abroad so I think you can teach her things to learn."
"Alright, Master Rhio..."
"Take care of her while I'm not around."
"You can count on me."
And just like that, he turned away again. But he knew my name. And he knew that I studied abroad. What am I to him?
I had to get to know that girl and find out what he liked about her. I received a call before I left my room to see her. It was about my parents...
Somebody knew the death of my parents. Somebody wanted me to take revenge to the Zel Cantheliz family.
The caller chose to be anonymous but asked to call me again once I'm ready to take my revenge.
But no. I wouldn't hurt Rhio.
I met the girl and was hardly able to read her attitude. I couldn't tell what she really was but she seemed like a very determined person.
I could feel his affection although he didn't let that girl out of her room. I'm really left without any chances anymore.
