After the Ceremony, an announcement was made from the wedding coordinators that the reception will follow at the Peninsula Hotel's Grand Ballroom.
The crowd applauded and soon, they slowly made their way back to the hotel building.
While waiting for the next event, Andrea and Lu Fang had their pictures taken as a couple this time. Earlier, they both had a photoshoot taken separately.
The program was to start in two hours and so the two lazily walked the gardens while being followed by photographers, videographers and the make-up crew.
The photographers thought they need not instruct them how to pose. Lu Fang and Andrea were a natural loving couple who only had eyes for each other. They also simply could not take their hands off each other.
Since the Peninsula Hotel had a castlelike structure, they also had photos in front of the property, capturing its beautiful architecture. It was the man's directive to take as many photos as possible, recording in detail the celebration.
All throughout the day, Andrea felt she was a superstar. Never in her life had she had so many pictures of her taken. Nevertheless, she enjoyed it, especially since she was spending time with her husband.
"Babe, where else are we going to have our pictures taken?" Andrea asked before suggesting, "maybe we can drop by the room and do a little quickie."
The man chuckled, carefully checking the surroundings, hoping no one else heard his wife's offer. "Babe, In as much as I want to do that, you realize how much difficult to take off that gown of yours."
She tried to hold down her giggle by covering her mouth with her hands. She knew it was a tough call to make, so she agreed, "I know. Haha! I was just kidding. I want you so badly right now."
"Hmmmm, don't worry, babe. After the celebration, I promise you. Tonight will be the best night of our lives."
Andrea smirked at the promise before giving a comment, "Since being with you, I can't really say that there was a night that wasn't a NIGHT OF MY LIFE!"
They both ended up in laughter. Lu Fang understood what she meant. Each time they made love, he always saw to it that his wife was pleased more than just getting it over and done with. For him, it was one of his greatest obligation.
The couple waited outside the ballroom in preparation for their grand entrance. All of their guests and family members were already inside, getting ready to welcome them.
Arti played the part of one of the wedding organizers and Andrea could not help but hug her before they start their party.
"Thank you for this Arti. Thank you for helping me realize such a beautiful wedding."
"Mrs. Lu, you are most welcome. It had been tough, Bolin and I had been at this for just weeks," she checked to see if the man was looking at them before adding, "Mr. Lu was constantly on her necks to make sure that the wedding happens the soonest time possible."
Arti giggled after that before resuming, "He just wants to make you the happiest bride. I'm so jealous of you, Mrs. Lu."
"Thank you, Arti. Thank you so much. You have been a loyal and dedicated assistant to me for a year now, you should consider taking a holiday. Lu Fang tells me we are going to spend a month in the Maldives, you could take that time to go home to India."
Arti pouted her lips at the offer and was suddenly in deep thought. She said, "Thank you, Mrs. Lu. Do you think Bolin will be given a break too?"
"I will ask - "
"Okay, it's time to enter the door." Arti heard Bolin said on the radio and that ultimately cut off Andrea from her trail of thoughts. She swore, however, to ask again about her assistant's request.
"Ladies and gentlemen, let us welcome our couple, Mr. and Mrs. Lu!"
The huge door finally opened and Andrea's mouth formed into a circle at the sight of several men in royal guards' uniform. They were lining up with their swords raised. She pinched her husband as they walked to a more jolly song, entering the grand ballroom. She absolutely felt like royalty.
Apart from that, more rose petals were thrown up in the air and were scattered on the red carpet. The crowd clapped and praised them as Lu Fang and Andrea slowly walk towards their beautifully crafted couple's table.
Andrea was in tears again as she studied the venue. Beautiful flowers of green, purple and white generously surrounded the ballroom. There was no need for backdrops this time, since the Peninsula Hotel had such a stylish interior similar to a castle and hanging from the ceiling were huge crystal chandeliers.
It was truly magnificent that Andrea kept giving her husband pecks on the face.
She smiled and waved at Li Wen's party as well as Yeong's group. She could not wait to thank them for taking part in the surprise wedding.
"This is so beautiful Lu Fang. I love it, "Andrea said while they were seated at their table, being served with delectable dishes.
She leaned closer and whispered to Lu Fang's ears, "I can't wait for tonight. I will surely repay you." She covered her face and licked his ear before adding, "I will suck you dry."
The man could not help but turn red completely at his wife. He grinned before answering, "Babe, my expectations for tonight have now been raised, but so you know, I'd rather enter you. It's much more fulfilling."
They both laughed at each other's shamelessness but understood if they weren't all over each other, what else would they be doing after the wedding?
The rest of the day was filled with joyous celebration. Live music was played all throughout the lunch party. Entertainers from all over the world were invited to serenade them with the most romantic songs.
There was nothing to complain about. Andrea felt she was the happiest bride on earth. She thought about the time they met as kids, and said to him, "I wish we would have met again when we were younger. Can you imagine if we spent many years together? We'd have so many memories like this - But I did say I would not change anything in my past."
"Yes, babe. Everything happens for a reason, but don't worry. We will make more happy memories with our children. We will travel around the world and I will never get tired of fulfilling my promise," he said while caressing her cheek.
"I love the idea. Traveling around the world."
"I told you we should have bought a bigger plane."
