Chapter 62 - The Night and The Fireflies

Zhao Li Xin hears her soft and gentle voice who sounds gentle as the wind breeze, his gloomy moods slowly dissipated, he leans his head on his knee like a little child listening bedtime stories.

"One day The night feel dejected, he envies his Brother The daylight because when Daylight come people would wake up with joy, they got out to work and play together cheerfully but at Night, people would hurry run to their home and hide themselves inside their home no one wants to stay outside when The night come"

"The night always feels lonely and sad because he always alone, years after years is always the same, at Night people back to their home and animal back to their nest, and he always ends up alone, but one day a little fireflies approach him, the fireflies asked him why he look so sad? The night surprised someone talks to him for the first time"

"The night asked him why he still outside at time like this, the fireflies told him he and his friend love to got out at night because only when it darks he can be glow beautifully, since that day the fireflies become the night only friends, when the night complain why people hide from him but at Daylight they all go outside and play happily, The fireflies said people scared with darkness if only the night can lighten the sky people should not be scared again.

The night thought that is a good idea but he doesn't know how he enlightens the sky, The fireflies give him an idea if daylights have a sun why night the night created something similar, the nights become elated and then The Night decide to create the Moon to brighten the night sky, and just like fireflies said everyone not scarred at night anymore, people start to open their window to enjoy the moonlight, and animal go out from their nest and play under the moonlight so The Night did not feel lonely anymore"

"The Night must be so happy…" Zhao Li Xin comments like a child comments his mother's stories.

Lory smiles how cute Zhao Li Xin now, then she continues her stories " But nothing lasts forever, soon the fireflies die, because the aged of fireflies is not long he only a small insects, after all, the night devastated for losing his first best friends, but nothing he could do, death is the faith of all living things, but The Night still reluctant separated with his first friends then he took the fireflies soul he bless him with eternal glow and put his soul closed to him and then the fireflies become a first stars on the sky, and because the Night doesn't want his friend to be lonely every time a fireflies die he will lift their souls and change their souls into a stars, so they can accompany his friends…."

Zhao Li Xin fell silent for a moment he said quietly "It's beautiful stories but it sad at the same time….."

Lory chuckles "It is, I cry the first time I heard it, but my mother said this story have important lesson for us, it teach us for not underestimated something or someone no matter how small or insignificant their existence is, and it's also told us not to look down on ourself we might worth nothing for most people in the world, but for special someone out there we might mean the world for them….you should never doubt yourself"

When they look each other the time seems stop, there's no word between them, Zhao Li Xin seehis reflection inside her big beautiful eyes, his heart begins to race, he doesn't know why he always feel like this whenever they close to each other but he not hated it, no…..he loved it, he craved it to be exact.

"Stop looking at me like that" Lory cover his face with her little hand, Zhao Li Xin chuckles he grabs her hands then he lighten his grip after he realizes how frail and small her hand is.

"Hm?" Lory lifts her head and Zhao Li Xin looking at her deeply with a serious face.

"Ri Yi, I can be good for you but I'm not a good man, there are certain things I do that might make you scarred with me or even hate me so I..." Zhao Li Xin notice her calm breathing, he surprised to find her sleep on his chest, the sense of sweetness engulf him, he can't stop smiling, he lift her body carefully and carry her back to her room. Mong ki and Mong not shocked anymore watching their Lord treat Luo Ri Yi so tender, but it's not the same for Bei Li Yan who accidentally comes in for report, his eyes wide open and his mouth ungracefully make `o' sign.
