“Don’t call me king. If I were your king, what would be the difference between the Forest Troll and I?”  Chen Fann queried after they had expressed their willingness to submit and respect him as their king. Although he was inwardly very happy, he chose to reject them on the surface.

After all, he did all of this to win over their hearts and get their sincere submission. As for whether they called him king or not, that was just an unimportant mere formality.

Well aware of the treant’s personalities, rejecting the king’s title will not only excite them, it will also make them revere him.

” I didn’t help you kill the Forest Troll just to become another version of him who pressed down on you and exploited your freedom. I only need your sincere respect.”
