Chu Wei ran towards Ling Yue and embraced her. "Oh, I must treat you better, future sister-in-law."

Ling Yue laughed. "I guess you have to fight extra hard for it. Ah Sheng is not an easy person, his temperament very bad ..." especially with a severe sister complex.

"Ah Sheng? Wow, his nickname is so cute. You have to take me to your house sometime and introduce me to him."

Ling Yue nodded. "Okay, treat me first now."

Chu Wei snickered. "You really took advantage of the opportunity," she accused.

"That's what makes a lawyer, right?" Ling Yue chuckled and dragged Chu Wei to the cafeteria.

-----

"Where are you going?" Ling Yue just got home and saw Ling Huansheng walking in the opposite direction.

"I have a party invitation. Brother Feng and Huang will be home late." He walked to her. "And grandfather asks you to visit him, he will hold his annual party next month."

Ling Yue grabbed his tie, corrected it and patted his shoulder. "Okay. Have fun."

He kissed Ling Yue's forehead and rushed out. "Oh yeah, I met He Luo yesterday, he invited us to celebrate his marriage the day after tomorrow."

Ling Yue nodded and went up to her room. He Luo would getting married, and she felt normal. She laid down on the bed while playing with her cellphone after bathing and changing into a nightgown. Everyone was outside and here she was alone, bored and not sleepy. The cellphone's screen shook when a call came. Ling Yue picked it up without seeing who the caller was.

"Hello."

"Where are you?"

Ling Yue pushed the phone away, a line of unknown numbers plastered there.

"Hurry up and come here, I'm waiting for you ..." his voice sounded drowning, sometimes sounding like a murmur. Ling Yue seemed to recognize this voice.

"Who is this?"

"Have you forgotten my voice? This is He Luo, come here quickly, hic ..."

"Brother Luo? What happen? Where are you?"

"Royal Pub, hurry ~" click. The telephone was disconnected. Ling Yue looked at her cellphone. She called Ling Feng twice but the latter didn't picked up. Ling Yue texted him and rushed to change her clothes. She had a bad feeling.

Ling Yue came by taxi, her servant said their driver was being borrowed by grandpa Ling for a while because his driver was sick.

Ling Yue stepped in and the memory of that day crammed into her mind like bits of film playing. She stopped and inhaled before resumed her walk. The sound of music immediately struck the eardrum. Ling Yue stretched out her neck, looking for where He Luo was. Right when she saw the main bar table, He Luo was seen. He bent his face between his arms, alone. Ling Yue approached him.

"Brother Luo?"

His head moved slightly, his unfocused eyes narrowed, a little later realized who was standing next to him.

"Oh, Yueyue!" He immediately straightened his body. If Ling Yue hadn't caught him, He Luo would have fallen. "What are you doing here?" he asked excitedly.

"You called me, did you forget?" Ling Yue furrowed her brows. He Luo pursed his lips then shook his head in excitement. "I don't remember, but it's fine! I'm glad you're here. Come sit and drink with me"

Even though he was a bit drunk, He Luo strongly had her seated. He pushed the bartender's newly foaming drink into her hand. "Let's drink! I'll treat!"

Ling Yue likes wine, but doesn't like beer too much, especially mixed vodka like this. But considering He Luo was celebrating his marriage, Ling Yue accepted it, without drinking it.

"Come on Yueyue, drink to celebrate your brother's freedom!"

Ling Yue frowned. "Shouldn't we celebrate your wedding?"

He Luo stood up, raised his right index finger, then shook it violently. "No, no. Nobody will get married!"

Surprised, Ling Yue put down her glass, "What happened?" Didn't Ling Huansheng say they were going to marry the day after tomorrow?

Suddenly the smile on He Luo's lips disappeared, he hugged Ling Yue tightly.
