"Not anymore. My wedding annulled." He let go of his arms, took his drink and Ling Yue's. "Come on, on the count of three! One shoot!" He Luo brought the glass to his lips and then gulped down its contents. He put down the glass hard on the table. "Your turn!"

Ling Yue raised her glass. Before her lips touched the liquid inside, her hand jerked and the next second the glass in her hand disappeared.

"What are you doing here?" Xi Jian's cold voice jolted Ling Yue.

"W-what?"

"What.Are.You.Doing.Here?" A flash of anger crossed his eyes.

"I, brother Luo called me, so ..."

"So you came? Will you come when anyone calls?" Xi Jian gulped down the drink he had seized. His eyes fixed on He Luo who was already slump back on the table. "Hey, how many glasses did you drink when I left?"

He Luo just muttered.

"Let's go home." he put He Luo's left arm on his shoulder, then pulled him to his feet. "And you, hurry up and get out of here."

Ling Yue followed the two to the parking ground. Xi Jian put He Luo into the passenger seat at his car, when he turned, Ling Yue blocked him.

"Let me drive. You're drunk," she said.

"No, thank you." Xi Jian passed her to the driver's seat.

"No, you can't!!" Ling Yue snatched the car key in Xi Jian's hand. "Do you want to cause an accident? Or go to prison for driving drunk?"

Xi Jian looked at her deeply. In fact, he didn't drink too much and was still able to drive back and forth when asked, but seeing Ling Yue's glaringly her adorable eyes and worries inside, Xi Jian didn't want to argue back and let her. Ling Yue suddenly pushed him into the front passenger seat and sat herself in the driver's seat.

"See, you're also drunk, otherwise how could I easily grab your key." Ling Yue muttered while wearing her seat belt. Xi Jian glanced and closed his eyes.

"Where should I drive?" Ling Yue turned to Xi Jian beside him, who had already closed his eyes. Ling Yue started the car and put it on the GPS the moment Xi Jian said the address.

Ling Yue glanced at He Luo in the back seat, then glanced at Xi Jian. She really wanted to know what was happening.

"Focus on driving!"

Ling Yue jumped in surprise. "You scared me!" she almost pressed the gas deeper. Ling Yue cleared her throat.

"What happened?" she asked. Xi Jian did not answer.

Ling Yue pursed her lips. 'What the heck is number one? just being near him made her emotional. Are the surveyors blind? as people say, women like good men, but love more the bad one. Ling Yue looked away. The streets of the night looked quiet, not much traffic.

"She's pregnant," Xi Jian said slowly. Ling Yue turned her head and slowed down, barely hearing what he said.

"Who's pregnant?"

"Her fiance."

"Should I say congrats then?"

Xi Jian opened his eyes and stared at Ling Yue's side profile.

"Not his baby."

Sreeeeeettth!

Ling Yue pulled on the emergency brake, making all the passengers jump forward.

"Can you drive?" Xi Jian glared. He turned to He Luo who almost fell from the chair. Luckily Ling Yue didn't drive fast.

"Sorry, are you all right?" Ling Yue turned to the side and back in turns. She sighed and started the car slowly.

"Who's bast--" Ling Yue closed her foul mouth. "I mean who's the father?"

Xi Jian shrugged and then didn't speak until he got home. Ling Yue stared at the building infront of her.

It was clearly a luxury apartment. Xi Jian get out and supported He Luo.

"Go inside. Wait for Ling Feng to pick you up."

Ling Yue followed both of them. They used private lift to his floor which was located on the top floor. She never knew Xi Jian lived in a penthouse apartment. She always thought he lived with his parent, like her brothers. This penthouse was very big but not heartwarming. Although large, Ling Yue did not see a single servant. They greeted by a voice machine near the door. There was no one else there besides the three of them. Xi Jian dragged He Luo to his guest room on the second floor while Ling Yue was waiting for him in the living room.
