Premarital Practice (2)

Lin Yu He’s stiffness was overly obvious, and was quickly observed by the other man. In terms of acting, Lin Yu He changed drastically.

Despite this, Lu Nan didn’t react any differently, and just indifferently withdrew the hand covering Lin Yu He’s eyes: “Awake?”

He didn’t even remove the forearm that Lin Yu He was hugging.

“Get up and eat something.”

Lin Yu He hurriedly released his arm.

In fact, he didn’t even know how he had pulled both hands back, and didn’t want to remember anymore — When he had fallen asleep, Lin Yu He not only held the man’s arm, but had held it tightly, nearly wrapping his arms around them twice.

It was no wonder that Mr. Lu couldn’t remove his arm, with how Lin Yu He had hugged him.

Lin Yu He didn’t dare to lift his head, but he could still see the man moving his wrist with his head lowered.

Lu Nan’s fingers were very long, with distinct joints and powerful forearm muscles. The lines would shift as he moved, and it was very attractive.

But when he thought of the meaning behind the other’s action, Lin Yu He definitely couldn’t raise his head. Mr. Lu’s arm had probably been numbed by him hugging it.

The man who had been used as a hot water bottle for a long time said nothing, merely getting up and walking to the adjoining small room.

Last night he had introduced the room to Lin Yu He as the cloakroom

Lin Yu He dared not to stay on the bed anymore, and he hurriedly got out of bed to put on slippers and find his own clothes. It didn’t take long for him to notice Lu Nan walking out of the cloakroom.

He didn’t look much different from earlier, just in a new shirt. Lin Yu He didn’t react at first until he noticed Lu Nan putting on a suit jacket, seemingly preparing to go out. He suddenly seemed to understand—

When Mr. Lu had been hugged by him, he was already dressed to go out, but  after being hugged too long his shirt had been wrinkled, requiring him to change into a new one.

Lin Yu He didn’t even have the energy to be surprised. With a blank expression, he numbly faced this absurd reality.

But from the beginning to the end, Lu Nan mentioned nothing about what had happened. The only thing he said to Lin Yu He before leaving was: “Remember to have breakfast, and someone will come by later to take you to the school to pack your things.”

Lin Yu He’s movements were stiff, and he nodded: “Okay.”

Lu Nan handed him another bag.

“Put one in the places you go often or in the coat you usually wear, so you don’t forget to bring it. Remember to put it on sometimes.”

The bag wasn’t closed and Lin Yu He glanced at it, seeing it half full of lip balms.

Lu Nan had looked angry previously, and had taken back the lip balm he had given to Lin Yu He.

In the end, he had given him this much himself just to make sure that he could put it on at any time.

Lin Yu He was stunned: “Um, thank you, elder brother.”

Lu Nan finally walked away.

After the man left, Lin Yu He finally had the time to look for his phone. Looking at the time, he saw that it was already ten o’clock.

“…”

Mr. Lu had clearly said last night that he would go out early today, yet had been delayed by him until now.

Lin Yu He slumped on the sofa and clutched his forehead. What has he done?

Lin Yu He was completely blindsided and couldn’t remember what had happened last night. He reluctantly settled his emotions, washed up and changed his clothes, and went down to the living room to have breakfast. Someone called then to send him back to the school.

Back at school, Lin Yu He seemed to still be in a trance.

However, he had slept very well last night, so his thinking was very clear. His afternoon self-study was very efficient and he could clearly remember what he was reading.

The only thing he couldn’t remember is what had happened with Mr. Lu last night and this morning.

The thought of going back to staying with Mr. Lu tonight made Lin Yu He a little terrified.

After finishing his self-study, he returned to the dormitories to pack up, and Lin Yu He immediately grabbed his hot water bottle to take with him.

It had to be because he had no hot water bottle last night that he mistook Mr. Lu as a heat source and hugged him.

Lin Yu He continued to collect his things in a hurry, and soon Zhen Ling and the others returned. Shen Huixi had gone home that week and was not in the dormitory. Lin Yu He told Zhen Ling, “I have relatives here, so I will go and live with them for a while.”

“Okay,” Zhen Ling said, “How will you prepare for classes in the day, will you come back in the mornings?”

Lin Yu He replied, “Yes, it’s nearby, and it only takes ten minutes to come here.”

Zhen Ling didn’t question it further.

Yan Da didn’t react, and Shen Huixi used to go and live at home from time to time. They still took classes together during the day, so it didn’t have much impact.

Lin Yu He packed his things simply and received another message on his mobile phone.

It was the young partner who sent him a message. After Lin Yu He replied, he flipped through the messages list again.

The family hadn’t sent him a message, and Lin Yu He didn’t ask either.

Not long after that, the person who was supposed to pick him up came to the dormitory lobby to take him back to Fengqi Bay.

When Lin Yu He arrived, Lu Nan had not returned. The assistant who had taken Lin Yu He back helped him to unpack the luggage, tidied up briefly, and left.
