Xion picked the pricing sheet to check her point, indeed there was a price difference of 100$. Infinity software was priced at 700$ whereas the decided price of Phoenix Enterprises software is 600$.

"Miss. Mei, I extensively discussed on this point with the Chief Finance head, although our software is better than Infinity Software but we cannot ignore the fact that it is a domineering product in its field. Almost 90% of computers in this world are operating through this software" CEO Fei Zing explained briefly.

Xiu Mei laughed haughtily, "Domineering product? Soon it will be a laughing stock!!" she got up from her position to brew a cup of green tea for herself, "Increase the price of my software to 900$ and announce that it is a limited period offer for two months. After two months make it available for 1000$"

"But Miss. Mei this way no one will buy our software. When an already established product is available at a cheaper price, why someone would go after the expensive one?" Fei Zing's asked.

Xiu Me scoffed, "Let me ask you a question first!!" she sits down opposite Fei Zing before taking a sip of her tea. Putting the cup aside she asked, "What will you do if your phone stops working?"

Fei Zing felt bewildered but answer it anyway, "I'll immediately send my assistant to get me a new one!"

"Why? Why not wait for a few days or maybe a week to get it repaired?"

"Miss. Mei, that's preposterous! Due to my work commitment, I cannot afford to lose even a single phone call. Phoenix Enterprises might incur huge losses because of this!"

"That's what I want to hear! Now imagine what will happen if the computers installed with Infinity software stop working overnight!!"

Fei Zing's paused for a minute before answering, "Personal computer owners and small retailers can manage the situation for a week but it's impossible for multinational companies to work without computers for even a single day! Their single day losses will be in billions!"

Xiu Mei nodded her head happily, "Right! We'll be offering three variants of our software- BASIC (for personal computer), BASIC+ (for small business houses and retailers) and PRO+ (For MNC's and professionals)."

She continued, "Keep the price of the first two variants minimum, but the price of the third variant should be at a premium. MNC's make huge money so why not milk out some from them. There need is urgent and 1000$ per computer is nothing for them"
