Chapter 83 - Ruin One's life

'What do I do??' Lisa grabbed her hear and began to sob helplessly.

'What do I do? What to do? What do I do?'

Lisa had thought that she was experienced in handling hardships.  But after facing these problems,  she understood her weaknesses very well.

When she worked at LiCorp, there were many trusted employees who advised her and assisted her. Even if she had to face some problems,  all she had to do was to give orders. And others would handle the matter.

But in this office, although Lisa was the boss, she could easily feel the resistance of the employees. They would never try to offer their assistance if she faced any problems. They would just stand aside and enjoy the show.

Lisa now really regretted.  She had never liked to communicate with others.  Other than her close friends,  she never took the initiative to contact with others.

Even at LiCorp she would leave the matter of socialising to others. Now that she had faced a dead end, she really did not know who she should communicate with.

After thinking for a while, she finally decided to call her biggest support,  Liton.

"Hello" the familiar voice came from other side of the phone.

Lisa, who was trying her best to keep composure,  couldn't hold anymore and began to sob, "Brother... "

"What happened Lisa? Why are you crying? Did anyone bully you?" most of the time Lisa was the one who bullied other. But for some strange reason, Liton had always been fearful that someone would bully his baby sister.

"Brother...I..I made a mistake at the company.  The project I was managing is now facing problems. My secretary is missing. None of the employees are cooperating with me. What do I do now??" in front of her protective brother, Lisa had never pretended to be strong.  She easily poured out all the grievances.

"Calm down, calm down. Speak slowly.  What are the problems you are facing?  Tell me in details. " Liton asked seriously.  Thanks to Allah that the problem was in the company. 

Lisa began the whole situation calmly.  After crying for a while, she was feeling better.

"A new residential area is going to be built in Dhaka. The project has been handed over to our company.

I have gathered list of the prestigious companies in this aspect. The materials that are required for constriction are all ordered from best companies. I had already signed contract with them.

Last time while I was handling a project in LiCorp, some of the rival companies calculated us and bribed our project partners to retreat. We had faced great problem in that project.

So, in order to avoid being calculated, I deliberately kept the name of the companies secret this time. I thought that after the project had started, I would announce the name of the partners...I also kept hard copy of the contract in the office.

Even a few days ago I sent some of the representatives to visit the site. They all clearly stated that everything was ok. The materials and workers had already arrived at the site. We were ready to start the project.

Today the construction was supposed to start. But when I arrived at the site, the area was deserted. The warehouse was empty and the tents that were prepared for the workers were also abandoned.

I tried to contact those companies. But none of them picked up my call. Moreover, the hard copy that was kept in the office is also stolen. I have no way to prove that they had breached the contract.

I have already paid a lot of money as advance. Now that the contract is gone, how am I supposed to demand compensation? The money left is not enough to hire another company.

What am I supposed to do now? ".

Lisa slammed the desk and continued to speak with hatred, "It's all that woman's fault. I have treated her so well but she turned out to be a white eyed wolf. I must find her as soon as possible. She is going to regret that she was ever born.

Help me brother. Ok?"

Lisa had never hesitated to ask for her brother's help. Her brother had always been her lifesaver. As long as he helped her, everything would be alright.

Liton sighed helplessly.  'This girl!!!  How did she have the courage to shoulder such a heavy burden in Ahmed Corporations!'

"Lisa, as a brother, let me be blunt, if you don't converge your arrogance, one day you will be the one to ruin your life."
