Chapter 56 Eliminating Two Scums
"I apologize, Alice. I'll go back on my words and kill our parents instead. Although, I know you won't mind since that's what you truly wanted."
"Although these two disappointments of a parent wouldn't pose a threat to us, it still doesn't allow me to sleep well when I am aware of possible uncontrollable variables in my plan."
After making his decision, Alister created a two-hundred-meter wind blade above the house of his parents.
"I have already killed billions of humans and zombies. Their blood is enough to create a crimson ocean. Two more bodies worth of blood would hardly change anything."
With those in mind, Alister didn't hesitate and decisively plunged the two-hundred-meter wind blade toward the house of his parents.
A huge air shockwave exploded afterwards but Alister used his air manipulation to contain it inside a sphere around the house and land of his parents.
Because of that, an unusual hemisphere crater was formed on the ground. There weren't even any web-like cracks on the crater as it was a smooth hemisphere shape.
It was like Alister had exploded a bomb inside a sphere-like container yet the bomb's power wasn't enough to destroy the container, causing its destructive power to only remain inside the container.
However, since the destructive power was only concentrated inside it, it resulted in the destructive power being multiplied due to concentration.
It resulted in an erasure-like attack that erased not only the house and land but his parents inside it as well. Even their blood and corpse weren't present since it was obliterated to nothingness.
"Hmmm... I have to say, I should become an artist as my side job. I killed both my parents and Lynn's as well but I managed to make their death a work of art."
Remembering how he painted the streets red with the corpses of Lynn's parents before as well as what he had done to his parents now, Alister felt that he had the potential to be an artist.
After all, those so-called "Artists" dared to even put a banana in an art museum and call it "art". They even made their children doodle on their canvas and make weird disfigured shapes and humanoids yet call it an "art".
Alister felt that the threshold for being an artist wasn't that high. At least, he should be able to qualify for it if not for the fact that putting his so-called "death art" in the art museum would put him in jail instead.
As Alister only joked after killing his parents, he remained unfazed by it as it was already a norm for him to be indifferent to such things. As someone who had survived in an apocalyptic world, Alister had already become indifferent and ruthless.
Otherwise, he wouldn't have lived that long nor caused such a worldwide genocide if that wasn't the case.
Even if the two scums he had killed were his parents, Alister never deemed them as his parents anyway. They weren't qualified to be his or Alice's parents.
Not to mention, rather than his parents in the zombie world, Alister treated the parents he had in the main world more genuinely.
"Even when my parents in the main world weren't rich and weren't even transcendents who had high statuses, they still gave me financial support and didn't disown me."
"Comparing my parents in the main world to the parents I have in the zombie world, it's like the immensity between heaven and earth."
Alister shook his head in disappointment when he thought about his parents in the Zombie World. He even doubted whether Alice and he were adopted by their so-called parents in this world since their father could easily sell Alice just to clear his debt.
After Alister eliminated his parents, he started calling his subordinates to deal with the aftermath.
Since he didn't have anything to do here anymore, Alister left the sphere-like crater and headed back to Lynn's house.

When Alister opened the door to Lynn's house and arrived at the living room, he was greeted with Lynn's gaze that looked at him with suspicion.
"Let me guess, you killed Alice and your parents."
However, when Lynn mentioned that, Alice didn't seem to be surprised as if she had expected it.
Since he didn't plan to keep it a secret, Alister replied truthfully, "Yes, I did. They were unstable variables and I can't accept their existence."
"Not to mention, they were the cause of Alice's suffering so it was better for them to disappear so that Alice wouldn't have to worry about encountering them anymore."
"As they say, let the past be buried."
Hearing Alister's response, Lynn and Alice weren't surprised since they found it normal that Alister was this ruthless and indifferent.
Lynn had already told Alice of what Alister had done in the previous timelines and after knowing that her brother could even kill billions of lives, Alice was no longer surprised.
Alice hadn't lived past the time when Alister had killed billions of lives since she was already dead at that time so she was oblivious of that. But when Lynn had told her about it, Alice could only admit that people do indeed change and her brother wasn't an exception.
Well, even she would find it unusual if her brother didn't change in such a lawless and cruel apocalyptic world.
Seeing as Lynn and Alice didn't pursue the matter of him killing his and Alice's parents, Alister didn't talk about it anymore and went to his room.
After entering his room, Alister used his air manipulation superpower to prevent sound from exiting the room.
Afterward, he asked, "System, I have already subdued the mastermind and I am also the strongest in this world. With all that in mind, I should already have obtained an S-grade simulation score. But why I haven't completed the full-dive simulation and obtained this world's ownership?"
As if already being prepared with Alister's question, the system immediately responded.
[The starting time of this world is the first day of the zombie apocalypse. However, the host went back in time due to the effects of Preschooler (Blue) talent and that affected the progress of the host's task.]
[Due to that, the host's simulation score will only be graded when the first day of the zombie apocalypse starts, specifically at the time the host was 18 years old.]
