Chapter 57 Perks Of Delayed Simulation Score Grading
Hearing the system's reply, Alister clarified, "So does that mean, even if I start the zombie apocalypse this early, I wouldn't get my simulation score? Only the zombie apocalypse when I was eighteen years old would my simulation score be graded?"
[Yes, the host transmigrated during that time so the simulation score's grading will start only at that time.]
[But this doesn't mean that the host's performance and contribution before the start of the simulation score grading wouldn't be counted. Just that, the grading for the simulation score will be delayed but it won't negatively affect the outcome of the host's simulation score.]
When Alister heard the system's reply, he thought of it positively, "On the bright side, at least I have more time to spend in this world while the main world is in the state of stopped time. And it also allows me to have more time to accumulate more achievements before the grading of the simulation score."
After pondering over this matter, Alister realized that it wasn't as bad as he had thought. At least, aside from spending more time in this world and his simulation score grading being delayed, it was quite a good thing for him.
Not to mention, it wasn't like he disdained spending more time in this world since he also wanted to bond with Lynn and Alice.
He wasn't that attached to the main world and he mostly spent the time in his main world by living in his room, barely going outside. So rather than wasting his time in his room playing games, it was better for him to spend more time with Lynn and Alice in this world so Alister wasn't against it.
And to be honest, Alister preferred living in this world since he was assured of his safety in this world compared to the main world. After all, he had already explored this world thoroughly and he was assured that he was the strongest in this world.
Nothing in this world could pose a threat to him and that made him feel that the zombie world was a lot safer than the main world which was filled with unknown powerhouses.
"I should at least enjoy a wonderful vacation in this world before I return to that damn transcendent world."
"Of course, if the transcendent world had proved to be too threatening to my safety, I can just evacuate to the zombie world with my parents after I obtained the ownership of the zombie world. Anyways, there isn't that much of a reason for me to be hellbent on staying in the transcendent world other than pursuing the mysteries of the transcendent world."
"Not to mention, I am also interested in taking over the transcendent world and obtaining its ownership since having more worlds under me will prove to be quite useful in my path to godhood."
Alister weighed the pros and cons of having a vacation in the zombie world but still returned to the transcendent world and he found that it was indeed better for him to just have a vacation in the zombie world.
There wasn't any point in him staying too long in the zombie world since the zombie world's power level wasn't that high. His progress would stagnate due to the low power ceiling in the zombie world compared to the transcendent world which has a higher power ceiling.
It was like the truth behind the ant in the god world being far stronger than the strongest in the zombie world. It was also due to the difference between power levels and power ceilings.
That was also one of the main reasons why Alister stayed in the transcendent world since his progress in power wouldn't stagnate in the transcendent world compared to when he was in the zombie world as he had already reached the ceiling of power in the zombie world.
"Even now, I still felt that my swordsmanship had already reached the limit of this world and I couldn't progress any further. Even with the gold-grade Prodigy talent and the gold-grade Grandmaster Swordsman talent, I seem to be stuck in the realm of condensing sword intent and I can't go any further than that."
"In other words, I can only seek other ways of development that will prove to be useful in other worlds such as improving my survival skills, learning farming and fishing, etc."
Knowing that he would spend a decade and several years in the zombie world, Alister didn't want to waste too much of his time just having a vacation. He also wanted to use such a valuable amount of time to train as well.
He hasn't forgotten the powerlessness of being weak and he didn't want to keep on remaining as a weakling.
After all, if he wasn't weak in the transcendent world, he could have at least prevented that teenage girl from being fucked by that tentacle monster. However, he didn't want to attract unwanted attention and suspicion on himself so he could only retreat at that time.
And even when he had retreated before, he didn't even use his superpowers but just used an average human's running speed. It only proved how cautious he was since he didn't want to attract the attention of the transcendent world's powerhouses.
It would cause a lot of suspicion if he, the world's infamous trash with the first-ever 0-talent, managed to become a 9th-level transcendent in just a few days. One of the worst outcomes would be that those world powerhouses treated him as a 9th-level parasite monster who had possessed the body of Alister Wright.
If not for those considerations, he could have easily killed that tentacle monster since he had the power to do so. However, he didn't have the power to deal with the consequences of revealing himself to the world and the world's powerhouses.
"Sigh, forget it. I'll only deal with the transcendent world and uncover its mysteries after I have the power to do so. But for now, I should only focus on what I can do."
