CH.530 Gender Change’s Quirks

CH.530 Gender Change’s Quirks

Today I discovered something new about One of Every Race. Specifically about my Gender Change modifier.

See, I was practicing with Alice, when she asked if I ever practice as a girl. To which I answered that I don’t, since I only use that form when one of the girls wants to ... have fun with me in that way. Spoilers, only Alice and Janina ask for it. Alice because she is bi, mainly because Mana was crushing on Alice before their fusion, and that crush turned into a crush on my female self when they saw it. And Janina because she doesn’t care about genders. She is above those kinds of problems. As long as a person is powerful enough, they can impregnate her.

But since Alice asked about it, I decided to Gender Change myself and found out some things about it.

Mainly, I’m more sadistic as a female. As in, I purposefully hurt people instead of just subduing them. And it turns out, I really like to wield a whip when I’m female. ... yeah. I don’t really know if it is just because of hormones or if my female self is actually somehow majorly different from my male self, but my female self does embrace a lot of my ‘negative qualities’.

Of course saying they are negative qualities is a matter of perspective. Because sometimes being willing to put someone down permanently might be a good thing. So I’ll definitely keep this in mind for those times.

... And it isn't like I don't kill people as a male. I just kill them quickly and resurrect them afterwards, instead of purposefully inflicting pain on them.

After that revelation, I needed some time to relax, so I decided to start by taking Rani for a ride.

I ride her about twice a week, depending on how much time I have. But today I had the time, so after I made sure she was ready to go, I took both of us to a teleporter and took us down to the plain around Alewatch, and we went for a long ride.

The plains are still very safe. Actually, they are even safer than when I first arrived in the city, and even back then, anything above D-rank was rare to see. Sure the occasional C-rank monster would come to eat the boars, but that’s about it.

Nowadays, with more adventurers in Alewatch, the surrounding areas are cleaned more thoroughly, so barely any monsters, other than the boars that are controlled by the guild and are basically half tame, are seen in the plains.

So Rani and I enjoyed a long, peaceful ride.

After the ride, I decided to just open some packs.

And since it's been a few days, I think I’ll do a lot. 10 packs of , followed by 20 of .

So let’s get to it.

Spoiler

STBL 1

Karakuri Trick House; Wattkiwi; Darkworld Shackles; Wattdragonfly; Attack Gainer; Synchro Soldier; Exterio's Fang; Scrap Soldier; Scrap Mind Reader

[collapse]

Pack one doing it good. Scrap Mind Reader might not be the best for me, as its effect just resurrects itself from the GY, but it is a secret rare and I didn’t have it yet, so a fantastic start.

Next pack.

Tyrant's Temper is new, and I suppose it is situationally good. But at the same time, Jinzo does basically the same but better.

Next pack.

Spoiler

STBL 7

Wattkeeper; Ally of Justice Unknown Crusher; Naturia Pumpkin; Powersink Stone; Attack Gainer; Leodrake's Mane; Cursed Bill; Wattsquirrel; Shooting Star Dragon

Shooting Star Dragon isn’t new, it isn’t even new from this set, but I don’t mind having extra copies.

STOR 10

Karakuri Ninja mdl 919 "Kuick"; Nordic Relic Laevateinn; Karakuri Cash Cache; Blood Sucker; Scrap Shark; Shien's Scheme; Worm Illidan; Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho; Tyr of the Nordic Champions

[collapse]

Nothing new here, next.

STOR 11

Shien's Scheme; Needle Ball; Cyber Shield; Xing Zhen Hu Replica; Mimir of the Nordic Ascendant; Karakuri Gold Dust; Terminal World; Hourglass of Courage; Musakani Magatama

STOR 12

Gotterdammerung; Vylon Matter; Garmr of the Nordic Beasts; Barrier Resonator; Blackwing - Brisote the Tailwind; Karakuri Gold Dust; Wattkey; Tanngrisnir of the Nordic Beasts; March Towards Ragnarok

[collapse]

Tanngrisnir of the Nordic Beasts is new. And it is pretty good. At least in the TCG. Yes, I’ve played with the Nording Gods. I had to. I love all the God cards. Sadly the Nordics are the worst, but still. Tanngrisnir is one of their good cards, because the two tokens it makes, plus a level 4 Tuner makes one of the Gods.

Next pack.

Spoiler

STOR 13

Blood Sucker; Ljosalf of the Nordic Alfar; Odin's Eye; Divine Wind of Mist Valley; Nordic Relic Brisingamen; Xing Zhen Hu Replica; Shien's Scheme; Six Strike - Triple Impact; Doppelwarrior

[collapse]

Nothing new here, next.

Spoiler

STOR 14

Blackboost; Solemn Authority; Tiki Soul; Scrap Shark; Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai; Odin's Eye; Wattmole; Nordic Relic Laevateinn; Guldfaxe of the Nordic Beasts

[collapse]

Guldfaxe of the Nordic Beasts is one of the two tuners that work well with Tanngrisnir’s tokens. Other than that, it is nothing special.

Next pack.

Spoiler

STOR 15

Terminal World; Majioshaleon; Shien's Scheme; Worm Illidan; Tiki Curse; Ljosalf of the Nordic Alfar; Nordic Relic Draupnir; Barrier Resonator; Scrap Worm

[collapse]

Nothing new here, next.

Spoiler

STOR 16

Mimir of the Nordic Ascendant; Hourglass of Courage; Solemn Authority; Divine Relic Mjollnir; Garmr of the Nordic Beasts; Worm Jetelikpse; Nordic Relic Brisingamen; Tyr of the Nordic Champions; Karakuri Muso mdl 818 "Haipa"

[collapse]

Karakuri Muso has nice stats for a level 4. Sure it changes itself to defense mode after battle, but that is kind of what Karakuri monsters do. So it is a really nice card.

Next pack.

Spoiler

STOR 17

Shien's Squire; Cosmic Compass; Legendary Six Samurai - Mizuho; Xing Zhen Hu Replica; Nordic Relic Brisingamen; Solemn Authority; Tyrant's Tirade; Nordic Relic Megingjord; Shien's Smoke Signal

[collapse]

Nordic Relic Megingjord is new. And it is a temporary Megamorph for an Aesir monster. Which isn’t bad, but man, why can’t it be continuous? Maybe it would be too OP, but it does prevent direct attacking, so that should balance it.

Next pack.

Spoiler

STOR 18

Blackwing - Calima the Haze; Token Stampede; Garmr of the Nordic Beasts; Karakuri Gold Dust; Vylon Matter; Divine Wind of Mist Valley; Worm Illidan; Terminal World; Symphonic Warrior Piaano

[collapse]

Nothing new here, next.

Spoiler

STOR 19

Xing Zhen Hu Replica; Nordic Relic Brisingamen; Worm Illidan; Vylon Matter; Divine Relic Mjollnir; Zero Force; Nordic Relic Draupnir; Blackwing - Brisote the Tailwind; Shien's Daredevil

[collapse]

Nothing new here, next, and last, pack.

Spoiler

STOR 20

Tyrant's Tirade; Legendary Six Samurai - Shinai; Cyber Shield; Nordic Relic Brisingamen; Needle Ball; Token Stampede; Vylon Matter; Blackwing - Boreas the Sharp; Legendary Six Samurai - Shi En

[collapse]

Blackwing - Boreas the Sharp is new. And it is pretty decent. Sure it requires a bit of set-up, but milling one card really isn’t that bad.

And always nice to end on a new card. And an ultra rare, even if the ultra rare isn’t the new card.
