"Here," Renae said as she passed Kaiden the phone. "Alright, we're setting a few rules here. You can only access your messaging app, even if you try something, we can check back the video and see what you've done. Your sentence will be even heavier." Kaiden warned Larry before passing him his phone. After a few minutes, Larry finished and handed his phone back to Kaiden.
Kaiden switched the phone on and checked through the messages. As he checked it, he saw the location which Phillip had sent. "So, Becking Motel, huh. That motel isn't even hidden in the city." Kaiden said with a frown. "We'll know when we go and see. No point being skeptical now." Renae said. She proved a good point. Kaiden slowly nodded.
Renae and Kaiden walked over to where the other policemen were at, leaving Larry in the enclosed room with the camera still running. "Yes? Is there any information you got out of Larry's mouth?" Policemen 3 asked them. "Yes. Larry messaged Phillip and asked for his location. He is currently at Becking Motel according to the message on his phone. Should we head there now to look for Phillip?" Renae asked her in a serious tone. "We aren't sure if Phillip would be there since we saw Phillip head to the City. And Becking Motel is not in the City. But it is still worth a try." Kaiden continued to say. "Gather!" Policemen 3 instructed. "2 policemen will accompany Kaiden and Renae to look for Phillip while I stay here with another to watch over Larry." Policemen 3 said. The rest of them nodded in response.
Upon arrival at Becking Motel, they asked for the room number of Phillip. The lady at the counter told them Phillip had just checked out of the Motel. They must have tricked us, Kaiden thought to himself, giving up hope that Phillip was even here at the location they were at.
At this moment, Renae looked around and saw a guy with a black hoodie on and ripped jeans. Renae pointed towards him and asked the rest if that could be Phillip. Kaiden went nearer to the black hoodie guy to get a closer look. But before he could even see his face, the black hoodie guy dashed out the Motel. He must've heard their conversation and knew we were here to look for him.
Kaiden and Renae ran out the hotel and to the left, chasing after the guy while the other 2 policemen ran to the right, so as to trap the black hoodie guy if he runs in a circle. They all tried to chase after the guy but he ran as fast as a leopard and successfully fled. They lost sight of the black hoodie guy.
On the verge of giving up, they walked back to the Motel. They were surprised to see the black hoodie guy back there again.... why? When the black hoodie guy wasn't paying attention, Kaiden slowly walked over and grabbed his right arm, forcing it behind his back. He raised his knee and pushed his back. The black hoodie guy fell face flat onto the floor and Renae quickly cuffed him up.
It was indeed Phillip, they all thought to themselves. The black hoodie guy looked exactly like the person they saw in the footage. It must be Phillip! Little did they know, it wasn't. This was Phillip's identical twin brother. Phillip was notified by Larry that they were going over to Becking Motel. Since he couldn't risk getting caught, Phillip sent his identical twin brother to Becking Motel to take cover for him. Phillip's twin brother sacrificed for him.
