Chapter 82:Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum

Until now, Shannara and Sheloah were just standing, looking at each other. They were still surprised by the turn of events, that they had actually talked about the same person—that they both fell in love with the same person!

"Wait…" Veon looked at the girls, back and forth, then spoke. "You seem to know each other." The girls did not respond then suddenly, Geof took their attention.

"Ah!"

"Are you guys just going to stare at each other? Is this a stare down? Are we not going to leave? Seriously? I got dragged all the way here for this?"

Geof sounded exasperated and everyone now looked at him.

Geof walked towards Shannara and he kind of glared at her, suspicious of her presence. "Who are you and why are you here? A stalker?" Shannara shot a deadly look at him.

"What the hell!? I'm not!" Shannara rolled her eyes at him. "I always see you train, y'know," she added and Geof's eyes widened in shock.

"Were you the ghost?"

Shannara couldn't keep her annoyance in anymore so she punched Geof on his chest and it quite hurt him.

"Stupid!" Geof held his chest after Shannara hit him. "I'm still alive and kicking! I might turn you into a ghost soon, ya want that," she taunted and Geof took a few steps back, avoiding her.

The two of them seemed rather close on their first meeting.

Shannara looked at Sheloah then spoke, a little bit awkward. "So, what now, Sheloah," she asked and Sheloah met her gaze, which made it more awkward for the two of them.

"Ah, umm…" Sheloah trailed off then forced a smile, trying not to be awkward. "Let's go," she just said and the two girls laughed awkwardly, making the two boys curious as to what they have had shared with each other earlier.

"What's up with you two," Veon asked and the girls looked at him, panicked.

"Nothing," they said in unison and they looked at each other before speaking again. "Just don't mind it," they spoke at the same time once more and it made Geof scratch his head.

"You're like the female versions of Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum," Veon commented and the two girls just glared at him after hearing his comment.

"Hey, aren't we forgetting something," Geof reminded them and the girls seemed to recall about Tyler, lying in the living room's couch.

"Tyler!"

The girls shouted in unison again as they ran back inside the house, with the boys following suit.
