Tia walked to her office but unlike before, not much people were greeting her.

She felt that something was off. It was then when she notice that people looked at her with eyes full of mockery and contempt.

She knows that look all too well. She grew up being under those scrutinizing gaze. She hurriedly entered her office and locked her door.

She started to feel agitated. Her breathing grew heavy, she's having a panic attack.

She went to her mini fridge then hastily opened a bottle of water.

Eventually, she calmed her nerves. She pulled out her phone then called Mei Chen.

Mei Chen immediately answered her phone.

"Mei-Mei, where are you? Come to my office."

She said. She wanted to personally asked Mei-Mei what happened while she's not around.

"Errr... Sis Tia, It's like this. I'm no longer in the design dept. I was transferred to finance group."

"Why?"

Tia asked, but she suddenly came up with the answer.

She knew it was Ian who "punished" little Mei. The security in design department is much higher than other departments.

A separate ID badge is needed to enter their office so Mei Chen couldn't just possibly walked in.

"It's alright. I just want to have a chat with you. I'll see you later."

"Uhm sister Tia, I've been meaning to tell you this but I heard that you've been sick lately so I can't tell you...

There's a rumour going around the design dept. About why Manager Qin got fired."

Mei Chen reported. Before she got transferred she heard about the rumour.

She knows that not many people will believe it cause everyone knows that Manager Qin had been fawning over Tia.

But since Tia had been on sick leave, she couldn't defend herself and so the rumour started to grow like an uncontained wildfire.

"What rumour?"

"Sis Tia, someone is spreading rumour that Manager Qin got fired because of you, they said that you climb up CEO Lee's bed so you can be promoted as the Manager.

Apparently someone saw CEO Lee carrying you to the hospital. And rumour has it that you had an abortion that's why you're on sick leave."

"Wait what?!!! When did I became a manager."

"You became the manager after Manager Qin got kicked out. You didn't know?"

Tia hang up the phone then hurriedly checked her emails. She saw that her title had became Manager status.

She had been away for 4 days right after the harrassment incident.

And since then alot of things had happened that she didn't have the time to check things regarding work.

It was then that she notice that her office had been renovated as well.

She had a mini fridge and a small lounge area.

She didn't notice it before cause she was preoccupied and had her panic attack but now she feels so unfamiliar with her new office.

Tia immediately called Ian.

"What the fuck did you do?!!!"
