125 Time To Move Out: Part 5

Wednesday, 22th of April 2021. 1500 Hours. Forward Operational Base Temporary Command Center.

Nathan continued the meeting for that heist plan. He gathered the contractors in the same room again and begun with his plan.

"Ok, so, what do you have in mind for beating the police response team?" Clara asked for the plan.

"Sure, first of all. Let me explain the advantage of becoming a private military contractor and how to abuse the system," Nathan said as he moved to a slide that's full of text.

[Changelog for PMC]

•Discount of 90% to all military hardware

•Ability to carry more weapon at once (3)

•Replacing the app to a high-tech PDA

•More feature for making money

"PDA? What's that?" Fernando asked since he didn't have any idea what a PDA was. Nathan grabbed something from his pocket and showed the contractors a device that was similar to a phone, but it was very rugged and had an antenna.

He pressed a button and a screen popped out, he pressed another button and a hologram screen appeared right in front of that PDA. It was very high tech. It was something that was very similar to a game item.

"Holy, since when we have access to hologram technology?" Stacy asked as she looked at the PDA.

"Since yesterday?" Nathan said.

The whole contractors now knew what the advantages of them becoming a PMC. They now had the idea of why becoming a PMC was such a very big advantage.

"Three weapons? We can carry six weapons all the time though if we want to," Aveline said.

"No, I mean, how many ammo you can carry for a Javelin?" Nathan asked.

"I don't know, one?" Lynn answered.

"Yes, with the PMC advantage, we can carry six Javelin missile at once," Nathan said and the contractors that experienced a fight against armored units immediately opened their mouth widely.

"Six? So we just dispose of a launcher and another one will appear on our back?" Clara asked.

"Yeah, if this is a disposable rocket launcher, it will use that mechanism. For a reloadable launcher, there's a special ammo bag for that and it'll give you ammunition from that bag," Nathan said.

"Wow, so we can have more ammunition and guns than when we were an ordinary contractor. Nice," Vincent said.

"Yeah, you can carry five boxes of LMG magazines now instead of 2, but it won't affect the amount of rifle ammunition you can carry since it's on the different magazine bag now," Nathan said.

"I see," Patrick said.

"Ok, enough chit chat about the PMC advantages. Let's get back to the plan shall we?" Nathan switched to the slide where there was a drill picture. It was a drill as big as a truck and could drill a large hole. It could be used to drill into the bank vault safely.

The GE drill was a boron carbide drill that was strong enough to break through reinforced concrete. It could break the vault in under an hour.

"Ok, where can we get the GE-2689 tunnel driller?" Laura asked.

"Good question. Here," Nathan pointed a location on the map.

The location was a construction site for a new finished underwater sea tunnel project. The drill was placed on top of a semi-truck. It was guarded by security personnel that was stationed there.

"The drill is well guarded, isn't it? It's going to take more than a few bullets to steal that drill. Is there another way to steal it?" Lynn said.

"Yeah, you can highjack the truck like what Cesar and CJ do in GTA: SA," Nathan said.

"What? You want me to jump from a moving motorbike?" Ryan asked him.

"You got my idea, nice Ryan," Nathan said.

"Hell naw, it's too risky and too crazy. There's no way in hell I will do that," Ryan protested.

"Well, the drill will be returned offshore next week and the security at the harbor is as heavy as a naval base, it's an easy choice, isn't it? Even Stacy agrees," Nathan said as Ryan looked at his friend that nodded at that plan.

"You really want me to die aren't you?" Ryan said to his crush.

"Not really, but I think I'll rethink the confession," Stacy said to Ryan and he agreed.

"Fair enough."

"Ok, next," Nathan switched to the next slide.

Thermite was the next item on the list. They needed to steal high-temperature thermite to blast through the cage of the vault after they drilled the hole that led into the vault. They needed something to break the steel gate without breaking the gold too much.

The thermite was carried in the military container that the contractors raided several months ago. It would definitely help them in the heist since the application of thermite paste was so easy.

"Spread it like toothpaste and burn it?" Eva asked.

"Yup, just like toothpaste," Nathan said as he moved to the next slide of the presentation about the heist. They needed to source something else. They need to source a heavy-lift helicopter for that heist since transporting twenty-four tonnes of gold using a truck was like making an invitation for the police to attack them.

"Mil Mi-26, able to carry twenty tonnes of cargo in one lift. We need one of it, the problem was that this helicopter location," Nathan switched to the next slide which contained a reconnaissance picture.

The reconnaissance picture was a picture of that helicopter that is located in the middle of another state airport. They needed to steal it while dodging anything that the air force might throw at them.

"Yeah, it's located in the middle of a hornets' nest," Nathan looked at the picture.

"Oh boy, this is going to be loud heavy combat isn't it?" Aveline commented on that helicopter.

"Emm, not really. I have a plan which involves disguises and a bit of espionage," Nathan said as he switched to a slide with photos of pilots and a military ID card.

"The plan is simple. You have to sneakily enter the local military base. Make some ID and go to the airport in under two days," Nathan explained his plan.

"Sounds like a stupid plan. I'm in," Shaddam said.

"Well, you need pilots right? I'm also in," Aveline said.

"Ok, Alpha and Bravo will take care of the helicopter business. Stacy, please help them set up a flight schedule," Nathan said. Stacy could do that since she was one of the espionage experts besides Ryan.

Suddenly, the presentation screen went black. The laptop was suddenly turned off. The contractors immediately went on full alert since they suspected that it was an EMP bomb, but the lights on the room were still turned on.

"The battery is out, I'll charge it. Break time," Nathan said and the contractors stood up from their chairs again.
