141 Time To Move Out: Part 20

Thursday, 30th of April 2021. Trinity High School Complex. 2210 Hours.

Alex grabbed his PDA and hacked the door to open it. The car was driven inside that school complex and Clara had some sort of nostalgia on that school.

She looked around the dormitory and the park where the students used to sit down and relax. It just became full of wild grass now with few remnants of what it used to be.

"Miss this place?" Alex asked.

"Sort of. This is the place where I met Lizeth or Patrick," Clara said as she looked at the dormitory building.

The parking lot where expensive cars used to park was empty. It was a bit surreal for Clara considering that she studied there not a long time ago and she was used to seeing that kind of view every single time.

"I know that, well, we can't change the fact that our eyes aren't lying to us," Alex said as he grabbed his rugged laptop from the backseat of that Suburban.

[Manual override activated]

Alex hacked the tower first so they could hack the tower without anyone backtracking them further than the transmission tower. If he didn't do that, the military would notice the weird anomaly and send personnel to that telecommunication tower.

Clara parked her car in front of that tower and she got out of the car with her assault rifle on her hands. Her HK416 was aimed at the direction of the tower. Alex grabbed a shotgun from the back of the car, it was a semi-auto shotgun. Alex held an M1014 on his hands and a rugged laptop that was slung on his back.

"Move a bit, Clara, let me handle this," Alex shot his shotgun at the chain that was on the gate surrounding the telecommunication tower.

The tower didn't have any proximity sensor since it was a civilian communication tower, but it was used as a middle point for military communication purposes. It was an easy solution for the strict budget that the military had.

Alex grabbed the rugged laptop on his back and opened the circuit box on that telecommunication tower. Clara grabbed her bolt cutter and cut the lock of that circuit box while Alex prepared to access that telecommunication tower.

Snip.

The big circuit box was opened and Clara searched for any Ethernet cable that could be plugged to Alex's rugged laptop. Alex's laptop was protected by a special program that made sure that any information transmitted outside of the laptop was fake unless the user authorized it to send legit information. So... Hacking Alex's laptop was close to impossible.

Clara leaned her back at the circuit box as Alex was hacking into the telecommunication tower with a bunch of green text that Clara didn't have any idea what he did.

"Ok, I've gained access and it looks like that Commissioner Dynn is around here somewhere, want to go on a witch hunt?" Alex offered Clara.

"Just send the flight plan and be done with it," Clara said as she stood guard near Alex.

"Almost on it, just have to find the right network. It can take a while you know?" Alex said as he began searching for any network that had some sort of military smells on it.

It wasn't as easy as it sounded since the military wasn't exactly going to put a very obvious network that clearly shouted, "I'm the bloody military." It's going to take a very long time since the method of analyzing was to analyze each packet that was sent from each network which was going to take a very long time.

It was a dark cold night with the contractors in the middle of it. Clara put something on the ground.

"Hmph, this is taking too long," Alex commented as he saw the screen that kept searching for any sensitive data that could be connected to the military, but it wasn't easy.

"I know, well, be patient," Clara picked up the rock that she put on the ground and she threw it away.

It took Alex long enough until he found the network. The network was very secure, but it was easy to infiltrate. Alex immediately gained access to that network and he sent the flight plan for Sunday evening on 2100 hours. It was a flight plan for a new rookie pilot on a Mil Mi-26 heavy transport for a heavy cargo to be picked up from the capital.

Alex immediately closed his laptop after that and Clara closed the circuit box. They got out of the telecommunication tower and headed back to the car after they closed the gate. Clara went to the driver seat and they left the school complex.

"Is it done?" Clara asked.

"It's done, we can expect a flight plan on Sunday on 9 P.M. it will be a walk in the park for Shaddam and Aveline," Alex said as he grabbed the coffee that was in that car.

The coffee was an original black coffee that Patrick made especially for the sleepless contractor. Patrick himself said that he put a drop of pure caffeine in that coffee to boost the caffeine amount. It worked surprisingly well. Alex and Clara were no longer sleepy.

"Holy heck, this coffee is dope," Alex said as he sipped on that coffee.

"Yup yup, this is some helluva strong coffee," Clara said as she sipped on that coffee.

Alex and Clara immediately changed into their civilian loadout to avoid any suspicion that might come to them, but nevertheless, the mission was successful and they could move to the next phase of the plan.
