Chapter 533 - Revenge 534: Doesn't Want To Get Involved

"Now that I'm looking at you, son. I think you would look a lot like your mother if you dressed up as a girl."

Josh's ears perked up when he heard that. He turned around to face Leon and said, "Leon, can I see that picture again."

When he looked at the picture before, he didn't pay much attention to any of the details. All he saw is that the girl in the picture looked beautiful. Now looking at it more closely and adding to the fact that Zen is acting unusually, Josh puts two pieces of information together, and he finally knows the hidden answer to all of this.

Seeing that smirk on Josh's face, Zen turned pale. 'Argh! He knows! He now knows! My deepest, darkest secret is now revealed!' Zen inwardly cried.

"You are right, Uncle Zack. Zen would look a lot like his mother if he dressed up as a girl." Every word that comes out of Josh's mouth, Zen has this urge to sew that mouth up so that a word will never come out of it. "How about we try dressing him as one someday?" Josh added.

"That's a good idea! I already have an idea of what Zen should wear!" Seeing that evil smile on Nathalia's face, Zen's mood keeps on pulling away from the positive side.

"Me too! We should tell this to Anna. I'm sure that she wants to see Zen in a girl's clothing." Lannie joined the conversation.

Not taking any of this any longer, Zen shouted, "Dad! Look at what you have done! Now these two, probably Anna too, will come and force to wear girl's clothing! You need to stop them!"

"What I have done? I only said one comment, and you're accusing me of this?" Zack frowned. From his point of view, he didn't do anything to cause any of this. Also, from what he sees, it seems like it is between friends joking around. 'It's not like they are actually forcing my son to dressed up as one, right?'

"Let's end this conversation now. We have today's to-do list to complete, right?" Leon wanted this conversation to end immediately. His reason is for Zen not to have a say about it. His naughty side wants Nathalia's plan to happen.

"Leon is right, positions everyone!" Zack said, then he and the other walks towards their position.

Zen did not move immediately. He is frozen on the spot. Slowly, his secret is leaking out, and once it is out, everything will be over.

Knowing what Zen is thinking, Josh stands next to him and says, "I didn't know you were such a beautiful girl, Zen. If I didn't know it was you, I might have fallen for you."

Zen knows that Josh was only teasing him, but he can't stand it. "Shut it, Josh." He said. Now Zen is missing the quiet Josh, that Josh is much more lovable than this annoying Josh in front of him.

Minutes later, Zen and the others are already in the middle of their training. On the side, Lannie, Zack, and Leon are watching.

"Leon, did you hear anything from Arion yet?" Zack suddenly spoke.

With a confused look plastered on his face, Leon turned around and ask, "Hear what from him?"

"I see. He hadn't said anything about it yet to you, huh." Since Leon is one of Arion's closest subordinates, Zack thought that Leon already heard about the plan that is about to begin. "After Anna and Aaron do the first phase of the plan, everyone should ready themselves for what is about to come. Seeing that you have no idea what I'm talking about, it would mean that you are not part of the plan."

Leon heard that the twins are going out on a mission soon, but he didn't know that the mission they are about to enter is something so dangerous. To add more, it seems like he is not part of that mission, which is a curious topic. Usually, whenever there is a big problem going on, he is always part of it. 

'Am I not Boss' favorite now?' He nervously asked inwardly.

"It seems so, but I have been busy lately though." Now that he is saying this, he noticed that Arion has been giving him one mission after another. Those missions that he has been getting is mostly about the Ricci family.

"Busy?"

"He's been giving me a lot of mission related to any of the Riccis movements." In every information that he acquired, he is quite fascinated by how the Ricci family do what they always do.

"He trusts you a lot. You sure are one lucky brat." Now Zack understands. It is not like Arion doesn't want Leon to be part of their current mission, Arion is putting Leon on a very important job. Keeping an eye on their number one enemy, the Ricci family.

"Lucky? How is keeping track of the Ricci family is lucky?" From the way Zack said it, it seems to him that he just got complimented. But it does not feel right for Loen. By going after the Ricci family's tail is like a death wish.

If only Leon has a choice, he wouldn't be doing this job and be a part of the organization's current problem instead.

"It's not, but you are lucky that Arion will always have your back whenever you are in trouble." Zack's first meeting with Arion was not good, but it was not bad either. Their interaction with each other was neutral.

To others who saw them joking around back then, might have thought that they clicked right away, but they were wrong. There was a line between the two of them, a line that says that they do not trust each other.

It took them years to fully trust each other, which is why Zack is surprised and amazed that Leon already has what he could not get so easily years ago.

"I'm sorry to interrupt your conversation, but I'm quite curious about this Ricci family you guys keep talking about. What kind of people are they?" Lannie wanted to keep it for herself, but lately, she keeps hearing the Ricci family for a while now. So she wants to satisfy her curiosity.

"They are the main culprit for Mary's sadness. They are the type of people you should not be involved with no matter. Most importantly, they are a group of people who have no right to keep on living in this world." Anger was vivid in Zack's tone, and Lannie shivered just by hearing those words from him.

She did not expect that the Ricci have this much effect on Zack. Lannie initially believed that Zack is only going against the Ricci family because of Mary and Arion, but obviously, she is wrong.

'I wonder what those people did to him.' She inwardly asked.

"Lannie, why are you suddenly asking about them?" Base on the information that he got, Leon found out that Lannie's father was once associated with the Ricci family closely years ago. Lannie should not have any problem in knowing more about those people from her father. "And if you want to know more about them, you should ask your father."

"I was just curious, and I did ask my father, but he doesn't want to talk about it."

"I understand why your father wants you to not know about them. Knowing a lot could put you in danger, but knowing something about them could be helpful for you. It might help you find a way to avoid them when you see a member of the family." Zack was once in the same position as Stan back then. He doesn't want Zen to know about the Ricci family because they are dangerous.

However, it was impossible for him to hide everything from his son because his son wants to be part of his dangerous life in the underground. If Zen wanted to enter his world, then he has to let Zen know all about the enemies that might be lurking to get him, and that would include the Ricci family.

"You know what I think about Anna's father? I think the reason why he is so against my brother and Anna's relationship is that he doesn't want my brother to get involved in the danger that the Coleman family is currently having." It might have been just speculation for Lannie, but she strongly believes that is the case.

"Heh. And here I thought that you will hate everyone who is against Anna and Kyle's relationship." Leon said with a smile. He never thought of it that way. Leon has always believed that the reason why Arion is so against it is because of being an overly protective father. The thought of other possibilities has never crossed his mind.

"Oh, I will hate everyone. But I guess Anna's father is an exception."

"How nice of you to say that. You should say that to Kyle so that he can have more confidence in making my boss give in." Leon suggested.
