“He just disappeared?”
Jiang Sheng immediately rubbed his eyes. When he opened his eyes again, there was nothing left. The room returned to normal, and the bed was still there.
“He cried so pitifully!”
Jiang Sheng touched his chest in a daze; he could somehow feel the pain that Lan Bai was feeling.
“But what happened exactly? That was Lan Bai, right? Doesn’t that mean he is Pei Siyan’s real wife? And unsurprisingly, Lan Yuan was the one who locked him up.”
Jiang Sheng frowned. Now he became more and more disgusted with Lan Yuan.
“No wonder the two of them look identical. It turns out Lan Yuan is Lan Bai’s younger brother. But why would he lock Lan Bai up? And he even wanted to torture Pei Siyan? Isn’t Pei Siyan his brother-in-law? ”
Jiang Sheng scratched his hair, feeling very annoyed. He wished he could go back hundreds of years ago to see what had happened.
Pei Siyan, who was on the other side of the wall, could not calm down. Jiang Sheng had been in there for almost ten minutes without giving any respond or making any noise. Pei Siyan was worried but he couldn’t get through the wall himself.
“Honey? Can you hear me, honey?”
Pei Siyan thumped the wall and shouted hurriedly.
He dared not to break open the wall by force for he was afraid of hurting Jiang Sheng.
“Do you want me to break it?”
Bai Hao asked and was ready to break in judging from his posture.
Before Pei Siyan stopped him, Jiang Huo had already said, “You can’t break the spell with your power. Even I can’t figure it out myself, let alone you Majins. You’ll need someone with much stronger magic power to break this spell.”
“Then how could Mrs. Pei get through this?” Bai Hao asked curiously.
“Blood, this spell was drawn with Lan Bai’s blood, so he can walk in and out by himself.”
Bai Hao was stunned, “So, the one you just mentioned, whose wrists were cut by force to draw this magic circle, was actually Lan Bai?”
Bai Hao didn’t want to make such assumption, but the answer was obvious now.
“Of course it’s him. Maybe he was locked in the wall and was controlled by someone.”
Jiang Huo’s tone was flat, but his expression was not. He looked cold.
“Did Lan Yuan do that?”
Pei Siyan’s fists were clenched tightly. His eyes, which were fixed on Jiang Huo, were red and terrifying.
“I don’t know what happened there before. You should have your answers when little Sheng come out from there later.”
Jiang Huo always stopped at the crucial part of his sentence. Nobody knew if he really didn’t know what was going on or he was just pretending to be mysterious.
“How do you know he can come out from that? Can’t you go in and find him?”
Pei Hao was never a patient guy; he just couldn’t wait.
“If I can go in there, I will pass through the wall automatically when I touched it just now.” Jiang Huo spread his palms, indicating that he had no solution either.
Jiang Huo’s indifference piss Pei Hao off again.
“What the hell are you looking for? How can you be so indifferent when Little Sheng is now in such dangerous situation? ”
“If you dare to harm him, I will let you pay for that.” Pei Siyan yelled at Jiang Huo, warned and glared at him.
Jiang Huo did not panic, but looked at Pei Siyan with a smile, “You don’t even know your wife had been changed. What are you trying to warn me, Pei Siyan? While you were taking Lan Yuan to dinner, shopping, and traveling, he was in pain alone. Did you know that? ”
It seemed that Jiang Huo knew what had happened before, otherwise he wouldn’t say that.
