Lilith's action was swift and smooth as she alarmed the entire town and forced them to evacuate in just a minute.
Every order coming from her was organized and strict, making no one dare to object or raise a question.
All the elves immediately had one action.
Obviously, they were stunned at first because of her appearance, but the moment those elder elves acted, including their leader, they recovered immediately and followed the order.
Of course, Lilith had vanished into thin air as she didn't want to charm anyone and endanger them in this situation.
After their first meeting, the leader knew and had no problem trusting her. He commanded the entire village according to her instruction.
"It's hard to be you, huh," Albert muttered while looking at the elves running to the town as quickly as possible. They could only watch them from far away.
"It's a weapon as well as a curse." Lilith made a sad smile.
"I don't mind getting rid of that."
"Haha… That's something that needs to be discussed first. The power of my kingdom comes from the perception of my charm. If my charm is weakened, I won't be able to defend my kingdom from the others…" Lilith chuckled.
"This is why I wish to be free instead of being chained down."
"I can understand that. Maybe in the future, I'll ask you to get rid of this." Lilith chuckled.
"Hmm… I believe in Bonk Supremacy." Albert shrugged. With how he died, he truly felt Bonk was needed to set his path straight in the past.
"Haha. Who knows. Maybe you will start lusting after me?" Lilith smiled, teasing him.
"Do you want to try it now?" Albert rolled his eyes while taking out his Bonk Bat.
Lilith fell silent and sighed. "You know how to threaten someone, eh?"
"Just a joke." Albert pointed at the salamander. "Anyway, we should go back. Don't you want to learn about the past era?"
"Yeah. I'm planning to ask everything before we reach the town. After all, with his strength, I'm afraid he'll try to fight me again."
"Hmm…" Albert nodded in agreement. Then, they flew back to the salamander who waited for them in the same spot.
It might be due to his injuries that he never tried to run away. Either way, he wouldn't be able to escape.
The moment they landed, Lilith pointed at their right and said, "The town is over there. Let's go there."
Surprisingly, the salamander only nodded his head and followed Lilith without saying anything.
"…" Albert frowned, wondering why the salamander became a bit more docile.
Lilith shared the same thought but ignored it. Instead, she started asking for information. "Anyway, we still have a few hours before reaching the town. Is it fine If I ask you something?"
Albert translated it for her.
The salamander nodded and said, "Ask!"
"I want to know everything about the past. What was the cause of the collapse?"
"I already told you, I had fallen asleep back then, so I don't know anything. Though, before sleeping, there was once a rumor about a group of weird people going around."
"What kind of rumor and who are they?"
"The rumor said they saw a group of people flying with their swords."
"Flying with their swords? How?"
"I don't know. That's all I know. Those people were chased away by Levia and disappeared for a long time. According to her, those people wore a long white robe like a uniform but revealed most of their private parts. It was a very different attire that you couldn't find anywhere in this place. They couldn't understand each other either."
"Hmm?!" Albert frowned while translating it to Lilith.
"Do you know them, Albert?" Lilith asked with a concerned face.
"No. But I think I know the reason." Albert squinted his eyes. "But for now, I want to hear the continuation since I might be wrong. By the way, who is Levia?"
The salamander fell silent for a moment before continuing, "Levia was someone that once governed the sea. Anyway, that's all I know about the cause… Though, I'm not very sure if that's the cause or not."
Albert thought for a moment and said, "With this information alone, I think there is one possibility why the era ended."
"What's that?" Lilith looked at him with a curious face.
"Invasion!"
Lilith couldn't understand Albert while the salamander returned to normal by snarling, "What did you say? Invasion? They dared to invade us? They were ants."
"I'm only telling you the possibility."
"Assuming what you said was correct, who were they?"
"That's right. The five of us governed each region and none of them was in our region." The salamander snorted.
"I didn't say they're from this place." Albert shook his head.
"!!!" Both the salamander and Lilith widened their eyes in shock, though for a different reason.
"They came from another world?" Lilith sucked a cold breath.
"The ground beyond the endless water?" The salamander narrowed his eyes.
"That's correct," Albert confirmed the salamander's suspicion. "I don't know much about astronomy, but I can't imagine what kind of planet only contains one small continent? There should be at least another continent…"
The salamander turned quiet while Lilith became confused.
"You know the sea?" Albert asked Lilith.
"Yes."
"Beyond the sea, I believe there is another land like this place. And the people from that land invaded this continent and destroyed it." Albert explained.
"What?!" She widened her eyes and imagined the possibility of another invasion. She had no idea about these people, but with how they could annihilate most of the inhabitants in this continent, she believed they had more strong people.
If they decided to attack them again, they would become a huge threat.
Albert's thought was very different from hers. Unlike her, who was enveloped by fear, Albert received this news more positively.
He thought, 'Wait a minute. If there's another continent… that means there's another place that needs to be bonked. The salamander said those people wore revealing clothes… Doesn't that mean they're vulgar? Should I bonk them? Even if they're stronger, there should be some weak ones. I can use them to get stronger.'
'Does this mean the bonk conquest doesn't stop just on this continent but the entire world?'
