Chapter 25:Avina Who Is About To Recover

A Dungeon, as the name suggested, was probably a facility used to imprison an enemy.

What could Lin Ke gain from imprisoning an enemy?

He recalled that some web games had facilities similar to a Dungeon, and after making a comparison, he somewhat guessed what it could produce.

'Yes, production!'

The Dungeon was likely a facility that could yield Silver or other Resources for a Player. Of course, it was also possible that it produced EXP Points too, which was extremely important.

Nevertheless, Lin Ke did not need those things for now. Even if he was so lucky that the facility actually gave EXP Points to a Player, it would not help his current situation.

It would not be helpful if he leveled up because he could not kill the Werewolves. Even if he were to advance to Level 20, he only had an Average Rating and could not make an effect as significant as Dra who was only in Level 1.

'What if the Dungeon produces other resources?'

If that was the case, Lin Ke was less attracted to it. After all, Silver and Resources could be compensated by relying on other facilities.

Nonetheless, there was a possibility that the Dungeon produced Special Resources like Diamonds, which would really draw Lin Ke's attraction. If they were in a safe situation, he would definitely build it as an experiment, but he did not have the time now.

Furthermore, even if Diamonds could be produced, it would not be in a huge amount, which might not be very useful at that moment.

Other than the fact that Lin Ke did not need Resources urgently, the Dungeon also had a major drawback. He needed to get captives!

It was worth noting that a Dungeon's captives in most games were also Players, and one would only gain rewards by enslaving them.

Could Lin Ke find other Players? Could he capture them and leave them in his Dungeon?

Sure enough, a Dungeon could also let a Player capture NPCs of similar strength, but since there were various possibilities, the risks and rewards were disproportionate.

Especially when the rewards were not very attractive to Lin Ke for the time being.

Therefore, Lin Ke decided to look at his other option.

The Library.

"The Library." Lin Ke sighed because he could not guess much about the facility.

A facility like that rarely appeared in magical themed, western fantasy web games.

Additionally, they varied from game to game and had no similarity.

Hence, Lin Ke was unsure of what the Library contained.

He needed to consider if he should build it.

If he did not build it, he could upgrade the Dormitories and the Elemental Ponds to accumulate more Resources, but with a hope that the Werewolves would not attack them soon.

"Sadly, our safety doesn't depend on our enemy's mood."

Lin Ke shook his head. He had to take necessary precautions, thus he needed to build the Library.

He wanted to build it because he did not understand the facility well.

On the other hand, he understood the Dungeon very well, so he did not need to build it.

Subsequently, Lin Ke stood up and began building the new facilities.

The Trading Hall and the Library were being built.

A total of 6 hours was needed to build 2 facilities, and since it was midnight when he started, the facilities would be done early in the morning.

"Let's rest for now."

Lin Ke smiled at Avina and the others. He rejected Dra's offer to send him back to his Dormitory and lied on his wooden bed once he returned to his bedroom.

After being restless for the whole day, he was absolutely exhausted.

He was extremely anxious because of the passing army of Beastmen, the agriculturalization of Werewolves, and their persistence to attack them.

Fortunately, he had Dra and the others, who really calmed him down.

Before long, he was deep asleep, and the sky was about to turn bright by the time he awoke.

It was almost daybreak; the first light would soon be seen.

Lin Ke strolled around his tower while waiting for the two facilities to be done in half an hour.

He only slept for 5 hours, which was a few hours less than before he transmigrated. However, he was always in high spirits as he had been in deep sleep and did not feel like he lacked sleep at all.

Dra was already awake long ago and returned from the outside. She carried over ten fish when she came back, which were tied together by a straw rope that went through their mouth. According to her, she would prepare fish soup for Avina.

Lin Ke asked for a bowl of fish soup too, and he added a bit of rock salt to enhance its flavor. As such, it was much more delicious than when he first tried it.

Although it was inevitable that the rock salt carried a bitter and astringent taste, he did not add too much to be safe and was satisfied.

On the other hand, Avina's complexion was much better, and the wound on her calf was healing very well.

Lin Ke sat by her bed as he touched the injured spot on her calf. Beneath her soft skin, there was a slight dent where the wound was, which was due to the muscle that was not fully grown yet.

It was simply a miracle. Even when she lost a lot of flesh, she was able to regenerate it by just resting in the Dormitory! Moreover, it did not leave a scar at all. If this was possible in Lin Ke's original world, many people would go crazy over it even if it cost a lot of money.

"I'll probably recover fully by nighttime. The part where my muscle grows itches during this time." Avina was rather shy when her calf was being touched, so she could not help but withdraw her leg a little.

"It'll only recover if it itches. If you feel nothing at all, it'll be terrible." Lin Ke chuckled, and he felt much better after knowing that Avina could recover fully.

While they conversed, he received a notification that the new facilities had been built.

Finally, the details of the Library and the Trading Hall would be revealed.

Lin Ke was quite agitated. He was worried that the Library would be a waste of money, but he also hoped that it would be helpful toward increasing their combat power.

If the new facilities were not beneficial enough, he would prepare to build other facilities.

A Level 1 Elemental Tower could build a Refinery Hall, and a Level 2 Elemental Tower had another facility that could be activated by building a Refinery Hall.

Lin Ke could also carry out a lot of science and technology research if he built a Research Institution.

For instance, Level 1 Equipment Chains could be gained if all Equipment were at Level 10.

As for what a Refinery Hall could bring, Lin Ke was eager to find out too because he believed that it could really improve his female Heroes' combat power!
