Chapter 164 - The Client Agrees.

When Kelly told the client about the whereabouts of Orgon, at first, the client was left a little shocked and speechless but he eventually sounded a bit interested as he agreed to go.

He did find the situation a bit suspicious considering the fact that Kelly had been telling him that they had no leads on the man claiming to be Orgon, however, the client still decided to trust Kelly and agreed to go.

Whether he would really show up to the auction by himself or send someone else on his behalf to check the situation was not something that could be easily guessed.

However, Hecathe had already guessed it.

Hecathe was suspecting Asgarian to be the client that he was working with and if this was really true then he wouldn't be wrong in thinking that the man is too smart.

If Hecathe was the one in the man's shoes, he would have certainly not gone by himself and instead, he would've sent a trusted subordinate instead, just to make sure that this wasn't a trap.

Since Asgarian was considered to be a smart man, Hecathe was sure that the man would also do the same and send someone else instead of him.

When Marvin and LeiLei arrived at the guild, Hecathe dragged them away to a more private place which was basically a mutant cave. The three were the only ones in the team since the team leader, Kelly never agreed to go with them today, and hence, they had enough privacy and time to talk.

The mutant cave wasn't exactly the best place to talk but at least it was safe and good enough for them.

Hecathe controlled all the mutants inside the cave and made sure that some of them gave up their mutant beads in order to submit them to the guild once the team got out of the cave, while the others continued on with their normal business, ignoring the team of three that leisurely sat down on the floor and discussed their plan.

Hecathe soon told Marvin and LeiLei the things he talked about with Kelly and the two looked to be surprised at first but since it was Hecathe, they found it much easier to accept it since the man was always full of spontaneous dangerous ideas.

"But are you sure you want to act this soon?" Marvin asked with a frown as he looked at the man.

Hecathe smiled as he heard this question and nodded his head as he spoke, "Waiting is only making me bored and disinterested in this game. Isn't it better to catch the whale as fast as we can? Catching it by surprise may actually increase our chance of winning."

Marvin gulped as he heard this and for a second there, he couldn't believe what he was hearing.

He repeated Hecathe's words through his head and wondered if he had really heard it right...

Did this man just say that this was a game...?

Much alike Marvin, LeiLei also looked to be a bit worried but along with that sense of worry, there was also a sense of excitement.

"So what's the plan?" LeiLei asked as she looked at Hecathe curiously and Hecathe smiled in satisfaction as he heard this question.

"Marvin goes to the auction next week and acts as if he is Orgon."

Marvin snapped his head up to look at the man in disbelief as he heard this, "..."

Why was it that he was always the last one to know that he was involved in the most dangerous part of the plan...?!

"Weren't you the one acting as Orgon?" Marvin questioned with a frown.

Hecathe nodded his head as he spoke, "It was me, but I don't think I can do this alone. You would be much more believable since you actually have a power alike his. Marvin, I hate to say this but I might just be needing your help this time and if it is not you then it can be nobody else. You want to catch him too, don't you?"

Hecathe and LeiLei looked at Marvin expectantly as they waited for a response from the boy.

Marvin clicked his tongue as he muttered, "If you hate to say it, why don't you just not say it...?!"

"..."

LeiLei snickered as she heard this but said nothing more and Hecathe pursed his lips into a thin smile that didn't give out much.

"Please?" Hecathe asked with that indecipherable smile and Marvin rolled his eyes as he nodded his head and agreed to the plan.

"I'll do it as long as we can catch Asgarian."

Hecathe nodded his head and assured the boy that Asgarian would be caught.

Marvin trusted Hecathe and waited to hear the rest of the plan.

"Asgarian would think that it's a trap, seeing that he is already a bit suspicious of the guild and the information it gives him, and so, he won't be there. Instead, he would send someone else to check for him whether the situation is really as we say it is. Marvin, your job is to prove that you really are Orgon and I'm sure you can manage to do that. Once you prove it, the person he sends is going to kill you," Hecathe spoke seriously as he looked at Marvin and since Marvin already knew that this wasn't going to be a safe plan, he wasn't too shocked to hear that someone was going to kill him.

Seeing that Marvin wasn't too shaken up to hear this, Hecathe was a bit disappointed and sighed as he added, "You should have at least acted a little worried."

Marvin scoffed as he heard this but said nothing more.

"He would try to kill you but your job is to survive," Hecathe spoke as he continued on with the explanation, "You have to identify the person that he sends and you have to capture that person."

Marvin nodded his head in understanding as he heard this and Hecathe immediately turned to face LeiLei.

"LeiLei, you'll be helping him from the shadows. Try to stay away from him and don't make people think that you two know each other, but at the same time, make sure that you are close enough to help him if he needs it. Once Marvin captures the subordinate, you two work together and get a confession out of that person."

LeiLei's eyebrows creased together as she heard this but the girl nodded her head in understanding as she patiently waited to hear more and slowly absorbed all the information that was being given to her.

"After that, LeiLei, you bring them both to Zeblor where I'll be waiting in jail."

"Wait... What? Where did you say that would you be waiting?" LeiLei asked in disbelief as she wondered if she had heard it right.

Hecathe smiled as he answered, "In Jail."

"Eh...?" The girl looked to be a little surprised as she heard this but before she could ask anything about it, Marvin clicked his tongue as he spoke up and questioned.

"What if Asgarian doesn't send a subordinate and instead comes by himself?"

Hecathe hated to admit it but this was a pretty good question.

"If he comes to the auction house, you go all out and use every means possible to capture him and bring him to Zeblor as soon as possible."

Marvin couldn't understand the importance of Zeblor in this plan so he raised his eyebrows as he asked, "Why Zeblor?"

Hecathe's lips curled up in a small smirk as he replied, "Because that is where it all began and I plan to end it there as well."

Hecathe woke up in Alphius's body when the body was held captive in the jail located in Zeblor and hence, for him, that was the starting point.

"In both cases, what you have to do is clear and what I have to do is also clear," Hecathe sighed as he spoke, "The grand finale would be presented at Zeblor and if all goes well, both of you can get the revenge that you seek."

Marvin and LeiLei didn't look as excited as Hecathe and this was because there was another feeling of worry that overshadowed the excitement by a large margin.

"We don't have much time left now," Hecathe clicked his tongue as he spoke, "If we stay in here for too long, it might look suspicious."

Before the other two could respond to this, Hecathe clicked a button that had been previously given to him and the three of them were out of the mutant cave, not forgetting to bring the mutant beads out with them.

Hecathe coughed and straightened his back as he acted normal and went forward to submit the mutant beads while Marvin and LeiLei stayed behind, staring at the man's back.

"Raven, I have a question," LeiLei spoke as she tilted her head.

"Hmm?" Marvin side-glanced at the girl as he waited for her to continue on with her question.

"I am trying to help because Asgarian might be related to my father.. I'm guessing that you want to avenge your father and that is why you want to help catch Asgarian, but what about him? Why is he so determined?" LeiLei asked as she kept her eyes on Hecathe's back.
