261 Chapter 261: It Makes Sense

Now that she was totally ignored, with no one asking her one single question or for a photo, she was utterly frustrated and angry.

In a good mood, Curt responded with welcoming smiles and paused to let the crowd take photos. Matt looked at his father quietly as if in deep thought.

A journalist broke the exciting peace and asked the question that everyone had been wondering about. "Mr. Curt Davidson, it's said that you are going to make it clear in your will about the inheritance. Isn't it too early to decide?"

On hearing so, Curt lifted his brows, thinking how fast news travels! It must be Amy Berry, of course. "It's been done. Both of my sons are excellent, I believe they both have a bright future, and they could make the company grow as time goes by," He replied clearly.

He did not expect Spencer and Matt to get along well. That's up to them. He thought.

It sent the crowd into an exciting discussion. So it's true!

It's fair. Both are his sons. It makes sense. Most men thought.

That's so unfair to his wife and Spencer Davidson. The women thought, especially those that were someone's wife and mother. How can his wife accept this? Letting her husband's mistress's son come and take the family property just like that! I feel so sorry for his wife—poor woman.

Someone noticed Matt standing behind Curt and asked, "How come your older son, Mr. Spencer Davidson, isn't with you here today? Is he angry or upset?"

Curt kept his friendly attitude and replied calmly, "Of course not. Spencer is very understanding."

What it meant was up to the audience to interpret, yet it was rather obvious that no one believed it. Spencer Davidson would understand and accept it? That's a joke. He's too proud to just give in. It's one-third of the family property! That's a ridiculous amount of money.

However, no one dared to express their real thoughts. Someone continued the topic carefully, "Do you intend to have them work together and help each other, or will they be working separately?"

"Of course, I would love them to help and support each other," Curt said confidently.

Encouraged by the previous question, another journalist continued, "What do you think of your older son and Nathalia Carter's sudden marriage?"

Curt smiled, and this time he seemed more genuine. "I think they are a beautiful couple. I'm pleased to have Nathalia as my daughter-in-law."

Curt looked at the questioner calmly and said, "Like you said rumors. If anyone has any doubts, you are welcomed to confirm with me, and I'm happy to clarify."

Carrying the usual air of authority, Curt was convincing and demanding no more questions. He was indeed the master of the internationally renowned tycoon.

"You are right, Mr. Davidson. Of course, those are just rumors."

"We should have asked you first."

Matt tapped on Curt's hand and said quietly, "Shall we go in, dad?" Curt nodded.

Just as they were to leave the crowd behind, a black Rolls-Royce pulled over.

A tall, handsome figure in a black suit stepped out of the car. Everyone turned to look, and someone exclaimed excitedly, "It's Spencer Davidson!" The female journalists watched eagerly.

Spencer went to the other side of the car, opened the door, and out came Nathalia, who put her hand gently onto Spencer's. In a light purple dress, with her hair tied up elegantly and a navy blue crystal necklace around her neck, Nathalia looked stunning.

"It's his wife. Nathalia Davidson. She looks amazing. What a beautiful couple!" The crowd exclaimed.

Then Spencer extended his other hand. Everyone watched curiously. A lady that looked in her mid-thirties got out of the car. She was wearing a slim pale blue dress, elegant and straightforward, presenting her wonderful figure.

With his wife on his right side and his mother on his left, Spencer went towards the crowd, who were murmuring excitedly. Who could she be? They look very close.

"Mr. Spencer Davidson, would you like to introduce this lady?" A journalist asked.

Spencer turned to look at Curt, who was astonished. He smiled and answered, "My mother, Mrs. Davidson, the real mistress of the Davidson family."

"Wow. Finally, what a pleasure to finally meet you, Mrs. Davidson. You looked so young. We wouldn't have thought." The crowd was shocked and excited. She's never shown up in public. This must be the very first time she's made her appearance in public. What a surprise!

She is indeed a beautiful lady. Well, she's the mother of Spencer Davidson. No wonder. And she's Curt Davidson's wife.

Mrs. Davidson responded to their excitement with a warm smile.

No one could afford to lose this chance to snap photos of Mrs. Davidson and ask questions. Who knew if there would be another lucky chance?

"Mrs. Davidson. It's such a delightful surprise to meet you."

"Both Mr. Curt Davidson and Mr. Spencer Davidson have been so protective of you. We could hardly see you, let alone interview you."

Mrs. Davidson smiled quietly. The way she carried herself had an air of elegance and class to it, and everyone couldn't help noticing.

"Mrs. Davidson, you must be the luckiest woman in the world. So many women are envious of you in your life."

"I thought you were perhaps Mr. Spencer Davidson's cousin. You look so young and radiant. I'm sure people would love to see you often."
