Chapter 314 - Feng, You Have to Save Me

Perhaps most of the people here remembered and knew Guangru as a beautiful ghost child who had been saving them. Loud noises of his mobile game echoed in the room. Li Feng was not an active gamer, but he just wanted to play this game that he normally played with his late best friend, Jiang Hou. He was not good at it, but Ruan Jin was carrying the game so much that he basically just have to not get killed to contribute. Wen Taio and Xu Disung were also good. The only saving grace was that Liu Xiaodan was as bad as Li Feng was.

Qiao Shan walked in from the ensuite and was drying her hair with a towel when she noticed that a game was cast on Li Feng's big TV in his room. Li Yunru was holding her laughter while munching on her ch.i.p.s. They seemed to be very into it; well, at least Li Yunru was.

"What is that?" Qiao Shan asked, and Li Yunru filled her up with the details while Li Feng tried to concentrate on playing. Soon enough, they actually won, but Li Feng scored the lowest. He would throw his phone if only two beauties were not watching him.

Ruan Jin even had the audacity to mock him when they came back in the game lobby.

Li Feng wanted to argue, but knowing that the screen was cast, he just sighed and shoved the phone in Qiao Shan's hands. He would give it to Li Yunru, but she had ch.i.p.s on her fingers. "Tell them I'm taking a shower."

"Okay." Qiao Shan said so, but she said something different. She asked Ruan Jin how to play the game and what could be the best she could do. Of course, she introduced herself as Qiao Shan. Since Ruan Jin was a little familiar with her, he started to take the opportunity to sound like a master. Damn, she was still one of those beauties that Ruan Jin had the opportunity to speak with.

After a while…

"I'm done. Let's go to sleep—" Li Feng was stunned when he just heard the game announcer: "Triple Kill!"

As if it was something very annoying, Li Feng actually frowned as the group advanced. Even the enemies were complimenting the hero Qiao Shan was using. In a few more minutes and useless struggle, their team won. Qiao Shan even got the highest score.

(Ruan Jin): "Give your account to your girlfriend, Feng. She's way better!"

(Xu Disung): "Shanshan strong!"

(Wen Taio): "Grandmaster, you found a god newbie."

(Liu Xiaodan): "Kowtow."

(Enemy 1): "That's a girl?"

(Ruan Jin): "We're all girls compared to her, following your stupid logic."

(Li Feng): ":)"

"This game is very fun. Why don't you play it most of the time, Feng'er?" Qiao Shan finally saw the boyfriend glaring at the screen. When he turned to her, she only moved her head to the side as if hoping for an answer. 

Li Feng only scratched his head: "I suck at that game. Do you want my account? I have everything that can be bought in-game. I should just let you play it if you want to."

"Really? I'll tell Jin." Qiao Shan chuckled as she waited for them to get back to the game lobby. She spoke with them again, and Li Feng only sat next to her. He couldn't help but stare at the excitement in her eyes. He knew that it wasn't because she got to play with Ruan Jin and the rest so much, but it was because she was playing a game with friends. It was not something that happened since Qiao Shan… didn't have friends.

However, Li Feng's phone suddenly received a call from Tang Ernian. It was ten in the evening; why was this jerk calling him so late at night? He disconnected the cast cable and answered the call without even stepping out of his room: "Ernian, what's—?"

"Feng..." Tang Ernian sounded so frightened that he was even sniffing. "You have to save me..."
