The skies were beautiful, and Lady Melissa wondered if her parents would like to watch the sunset with her, in the middle of the lake.

Lady Melissa didn't plan on taking her parents to eat breakfast, or lunch here, though she did hear that the place had exceptional food, maybe even good enough to compete against the Shayla estate's head chef, though she'd never know.

At least for now.

Lady Melissa's parents had already eaten breakfast, so for what reason should she bring them here to eat breakfast? Although the food sounded delightful, she knew it wouldn't suit her parent's tastes, so that idea was gone out of her head as soon as it had come in.

"So we'll go boat-riding and see the sharks, fishes, and stingrays. Which one do the both of you want to see first? We have a couple of hours before we go to our next spot."

Lady Melissa asked her parents, wanting to know which activity they should do first, or rather which activity they would prefer to do first.

"I'd like to go see the aquarium if you don't mind Darling?"

The Duchess said, staring at the Duke as she asked him whether it was alright for them to go and see the aquarium first.

The Duke quickly looked at her, as if he was thinking whether they should go to the aquarium or go boat-riding and enjoy the scenery first, before he saw the Duchess' puppy dog eyes, letting out a sigh.

"I guess we can go there first."

The Duke said, as the three of them quickly made their way to the aquarium, spending hours in it, as her mother saw many kinds of fishes and other sea animals, ecstatic about it.

Lady Melissa enjoyed seeing the fishes and the sharks, the stingrays not so much.

Lady Melissa enjoyed seeing the sharks the most though, being fascinated by its appearance.

While her father seemed interested in the stingrays for some reason.

After they had spent a couple of hours inside the aquarium, it was time for boat-riding.

"Melissa, did you rent out this whole place for us?"

The Duchess asked, wondering why there was nobody else except the five of them (including Justin and Sophia) and only the employees, no other guests.

"Yes. Is there a problem mother?"

Lady Melissa asked as she furrowed her eyebrows, wondering if her mother had a problem with it.

"No, not at all, but you know you didn't have to do all of this for us right? Just spending time at home with you is already enough."

The Duchess said, giving Lady Melissa a smile, as she was thankful for everything Lady Melissa had prepared for them.

"Your mother's right Melissa, you didn't have to spend this much just for our anniversary, we'd be more than happy to just go home and relax with you next time."

The Duke said, as he suddenly spoke up.

"I know that I didn't have to spend that much, but I wanted to be okay. I wanted to show the both of you how much I loved you, and I'm not always the best at expressing my feelings.

I want the both of you to relax, even if it's only for today, the both of you have sacrificed so many things just for me, so it wouldn't hurt for me to make something special and take the both of you to somewhere special right?"

Lady Melissa said, a little frustrated, she knew that her parents were fine with them staying at home and just being together.

But she wanted it to be special, considering the fact that she had never spent each one of their anniversaries with them, so it wouldn't hurt for her to just make this year something special right?

And, she would make other years something special too- but that wasn't the point.

"Awww."

The Duchess said, not knowing what else to say as she pulled her daughter in for a hug, before the Duke quickly followed, pulling both his wife and his daughter into a big hug.

Justin and Sophia awkwardly stared at each other while the three of them were hugging, not knowing what to do.

"Alright, now let's go boat-riding!"

Lady Melissa cheerfully said, as she was released from the confines of her parent's strong arms.

It was around 5 P.M. meaning that Lady Melissa and her parents had around an hour, before the sun would set.

Lady Melissa hadn't told her parents about staying till the sun set, not till the sun completely set though as it would be obviously too dark for them to see anything.

But long enough for the sun to set at least halfway.

She wanted it to be a surprise, as she heard about how beautiful the scenery was when the sun was setting, and she wanted her parents to see it as well, with her.

Lady Melissa quickly entered the boat, as her parents quickly soon followed, the man peddling the boat giving everyone lifeboats, before they soon set off to the lake.

Sophia and Justin followed as well, though they used a different boat, with a man peddling the boat as well, before they followed behind, making sure not to be too close to Lady Melissa and her parents, while at the same time making sure that they weren't too far from them.

Justin and Sophia didn't want to interrupt the special moment that Lady Melissa and her parents were having if that wasn't obvious.

Although they tried their best to ignore Lady Melissa and her parent's conversation, they had, of course, overheard almost everything Lady Melissa and her parents said to each other, only choosing to ignore it and just act as they used to.

Lady Melissa and her parents were comfortable on the boat, the boat was clean since Lady Melissa had just bought it specifically for her parent's anniversary.

Although Lady Melissa knew that the boats provided at the blue lagoon were clean, she couldn't stand the fact that she would be sitting in the very same place where others had.

Who knew the kind of disgusting and inappropriate acts that might have been performed in the seat that Lady Melissa or her parents were sitting at?

Hence, Lady Melissa bought a boat, just in case any kind of inappropriate or disgusting acts had happened to any of the past boats that they were supposed to, or going to take.
