222 My Biggest Secre

It was in time for the staffs are already done with their food.

Of course they had no idea of what had just transpired in the living room for it was off limits to them a while ago.

Ashton followed her, he knew what she was doing.

She would allow him to get use to the new fact he just found out.

Then there must be a bigger reason why she was doing this.

Something even he himself have no idea what.

He sat beside her and remained quiet.

"My biggest secret, I'll have to tell you all now," she said after another bout of silence between the two of them.

The others were still in the living room trying to snap Xander from his shock.

Timothy didn't know what would happen to him once he found out that she was actually a president of multiple businesses.

Even Samantha didn't know how to react.

"You have come to this family now, this is something you will have to prepare yourself," Alissa approached her and said.

Since she was there from the very beginning, she had steeled herself of what may come.

Now that she would be standing beside Timothy, she steeled herself even more.

That her life is now on the line.

That her daily life would surely change.

But she was prepared, if that means that she will remain by his side.

Seeing the determination in her eyes Samantha smiled.

"I was boyish when we first met and have experienced a lot of things in this life, I will surely stay and steel my self for whatever it is that will happen."

She looked at the brothers, Timothy pulling Xander by the arm to the dining room.

"These siblings are amazing, aren't they?" she then said.

Alissa looked at them as well before smiling and nodding her head in agreement, "Indeed, for surviving up to this point by adjusting at the same time not being a puppet is a really amazing fit."

"Their parents must have been very amazing to have given birth to such a group of children," Samantha commented.

"I have heard that the mother was multi talented but she was inclined in medicine and that the father was just like their daughter, she can do anything as long as she wants," Alissa answered.

"I wish I got the chance to meet them," Samantha added.

"As I do," Alissa replied.

"We really are on the same boat here, aren't we?"

Samantha was of the same age with Xander but Alissa was mature enough that she didn't feel any sort of age gap between them.

"And I am glad I can be at ease with you on the first day of meeting," Alissa answered as they finally entered the dining room.

"Same here," was what Samantha said before sitting beside Xander who was now venting out his shock in the food.

"What else do you want to know?" Amber asked in return.

"You… Why did you show up as Nathalie?" he asked.

"Obviously to give them a scare. The dead suddenly came back to life after twenty years, isn't that the best scare of all?" she asked in return.

"Amber," Xander couldn't help but say.

What she experienced was out of ordinary and was painful, hearing her speak of it in a light manner hurts the two of them deeply.

"I would be lying if I said that I am not hurt for it still hurts like hell, watching them die right in front of me. But they wouldn't like me always being sad every time I remember them," she answered seeing the look Xander and Timothy were giving.

"Then are you prepared? They would surely start looking for you," he asked again.

"Of course not but they crossed the line. If I didn't give them a scare then they would surely plan more ways to get you both out of the way," she answered honestly.

Showing up now was never part of her first plan, she just had no other choice.

"We could just leave then," Timothy finally said.

Amber shook her head, "Even with that they will still see you as enemies and rivals. As long as you are alive they will come after you."

She then looked at Alissa then at Samantha, "And they will surely come after those who are dear to you."

Both pursed their lips, they knew of this but they just couldn't accept the fact that her plans were disrupted because of them.

"Now don't give us those looks, I actually got something out from this event. It will surely be of great help in the future," she said with a smile.

"That call?" Xander asked.

Amber nodded her head.

"Then another question, how did you know about me and Sam? If you didn't know before hand then you wouldn't be so timely in helping her when she almost got kidnapped."

"Well, I chanced upon it in one of my side works. You should really be more careful with the CCTV's they're quite advance today. Surely other than following you, the Price also used this fact to get a hold of information about her," she lectured.

Both Xander and Samantha bowed their heads, they tried to be discreet but they meet quite too often that their endeavors would surely be found out if one were to look closer.

"Calm down, you are young after all," she said as if she herself was older than they are.

"Shut it will you? If someone were to hear you they would think that you are far older than we are," Xander retorted hiding his shyness.

"Don't be shy now," she teased even more.

"Amber," Timothy called for her attention.

"Other than those two, you still have more preparations didn't you?" he asked.

He can see that she was not flustered at all.

Amber smiled, "SNN Beginnings and Capa Entertainment were my eldest children, surely their would still be younger ones."

Xander who was just drinking from his cup, choked upon hearing her words.

"C- Capa?" he asked stuttering at the same time coughing.

"Yes Capa, what of it?" Amber was nonchalant.

Xander looked at Samantha, "Am I the only one who thinks that everything I'm finding out was too outrageous?"

"Well, I guess I too feel that way?" Samantha replied.

She couldn't help but to find Amber even more amazing.

Amber grinned at her upon seeing her look, "Yes, yes, I am amazing aren't I?"

Samantha blinked a few times.

Xander was like this as well, loves complimenting himself with the smallest things that he achieved.

A true narcissist, if she might say.

But, Amber has the right to be one.

She just mentioned two completely new but high standing companies.

And both were on different lines of business.

Just what is SNN? What type of technologies had it been introducing up to this point?"

Then what is Capa? After losing two of its pillar and seemingly about to crumble, little by little it was climbing.

As if that fall was necessary for it to shine even more.

Now people are no longer only looking at the pillars but the up and coming stars that Capa have produced.

And more and more trainees are coming to their door asking them to take them in.

"Capa!!" Xander suddenly exclaimed looking at Timothy.

"Is this the reason why you told me to start my own business?"

Timothy smiled and patted him on the shoulder, "Your finally taking some baby steps, a little bit more and we will finally accept you as our brother."

"We can finally see some light," Amber added on the side.

Xander turned agape for the nth time in the day.

"I give up, I give up on trying to fight against the two of you," he raised both hands and sat properly.

"Have you ever won?" both said at the same time giving each other a thumbs up.

"Sam," Xander complained as he rested his head on her shoulders, he was like a child seeking shelter after being bullied.

This actions brought laughter to the table.

"And? Where are the others then?" Timothy returned to their topic and asked.

Xander sat straight ready to listen again.

"Still at the initial stages but you will surely find them," was her reply.

"Wait, SNN Beginnings. Could it be, Sarah, Nathan and Nathalie?" Timothy thought about it before asking.

Amber smield and nodded, "I just thought that the very first company would be the beginning of everything. And giving our names to it would be quite amazing, right? At the very least, there is something that could remind us of them."

Xander and Timothy smiled solemnly before nodding their heads.

"Capa?" Xander asked.

"Sarah, it was another term for Sarah," she replied with a bigger smile.

"Then I guess, father has his own as well," Timothy added.

"Yes, though I can't reveal it yet," she answered.

"So you really are preparing a lot but what did you use to scare the Price empire?" Timothy finally went to the main question he head been meaning to ask.
