228 Three Birds With One Stone

"They must have been shaken quite a lot they were talking about bringing us back 'home', wherever that may be. But they gave in so easily to my request of attending a wedding. I just used Glenn's wedding as an excuse but they seemed to be going with what we want so easily," Timothy explained as he keep his phone.

"So you're saying that they gave us three months for the wedding?" Xander asked.

Timothy nodded.

"But..."

Alissa spoke up, "You were talking about Ashton's wedding. Have they talked to you about it?"

Timothy looked at Xander and both shook their heads.

"Well we can just extend it, they have the thought of us doubting them right now. I think they would let us do as we pleases, especially since Nathalie just warned them," Timothy then said.

"But what are they planning anyway?" Xander then asked after they realized that the two haven't talked about weddings yet.

"Maybe you two should go first?" Timothy said looking at Xander and Samantha.

"Huh? I haven't proposed yet why are we talking about marriage right now? Why are we not getting the steps right?" Xander retorted instantly.

Timothy raised an eyebrow while Alissa looked at Samantha.

Samantha instantly flared up and hit him at the back of his head, "Stop talking about some nonsense steps when your child is currently growing inside my stomach."

That was so embarrassing, they already did the did and he was talking about steps?

"Hey I still have my hangover. Plus since that part is already out of the steps then we should follow the next ones."

Samantha this time hit him in the stomach, "Will you use that brain of yours and stop speaking nonsense, we are currently talking about your sister here."

She then looked at Timothy with blazing eyes, "Why are you suddenly putting us in the hot seat?"

"Sorry," was all Timothy could say before taking a step back.

Alissa could only hold her laughter.

"I can go and propose it to the major shareholders but it is possible," Ashton said after hearing her thoughts.

Amber knew that his position is still quite unstable because he just returned to the position and just started getting back for everything he lost.

"Very well, we shall head there next then," she said as she stood up.

"Could you be talking about Ceres Country?" Ashton said as he followed her.

"Yes, the major shareholders of your company are there at the same time, the problem you are facing now is also there. We could hit two birds with one stone. Ah-"

She stopped and turned to face him, "Should I say three birds with one stone?"

Ashton just looked at her.

Amber smiled as she raised her left hand showing him her engagement ring.

Ashton smiled and placed his arms on her shoulders, while leveling his head with hers.

"Aren't you rushing this too much?" he asked.

"Well, are you not?" she asked in return.

"Very well then, shall we get married over there?" he said giving her a peck in the lips.

Amber's smile widened and her eyes shone brighter, "Let's do that then."

After reaching the first floor they found the other four in the living room.

"What are you all doing here?" Amber asked.

"Well we are waiting for the two of you to come down," Timothy answered.

"What is it?" she asked as she took a sit, Ashton sitting down beside her.

"Well, the Price called and was talking about picking us up. But I declined and asked a few months to not return," Timothy said.

"What is it then?" Amber asked.

"Well…" the four of them looked at each other.

"I told them we have a wedding to attend so we can't go home yet," Timothy started.

"Oh, our wedding?" Amber asked instantly.

Xander who was just drinking water couldn't help but to choke.

"Can't you at least ask whose wedding first?" he asked as he wipe his mouth.

"Why are you getting married?" Amber asked in return.

"N- No, not yet."

"Then are you getting married so fast?" she then ask looking at Timothy.

"No," was all he said.

"See, among us, the one getting married the earliest is me. Why should I ask whose wedding?" she then ask looking at all of them.

The others could only shake their head, she really is peculiar.

"And have you proposed?" Timothy could only turn to Ashton and ask.

"I have," Amber raised her hand instead.

"You- Couldn't you at least be more of the woman in your relationship?" Timothy berated her.

"In this world not everything should be done by men, we can do it as well," was what she said.

On the other hand, Ashton looked at her without commenting.

Timothy could only shake his head, "Then when do you guys plan on getting married?"

Finally, Amber looked at Ashton asking him with her eyes.

"We will settle some little problems then we would get married," he answered.

"Where?"

"Ceres Country, it would be much more peaceful getting married to a place under our jurisdiction instead of getting married at Celestial where all prying eyes are present," he answered.

Timothy and Xander nodded, even Alissa and Samantha couldn't help but to agree with this.

Ashton was unlike those young masters who loves being on the spot light, to the point that he was not popular to the countries under their jurisdiction.

"Since that's decided why don't we get there sooner?" Xander said seriously.

He no longer wants to stay in this country, it is already too suffocating just remembering that this place is under the Price Empire.

"We'll stop by somewhere then we will go to Ceres Country," she said.

"I assume that your clothes are sufficient? Or should we go have some shopping?" she asked looking at Samantha and Alissa.

"Why not?" was the answer of the two of them.

When it comes to shopping, it may not be always but even it was in their blood, the love for shopping.

"Let's go then."

And that's how the three men were left behind to watch over the house.

*****

"Do you really plan on just marrying her? No proposal and all?" Timothy couldn't help but ask Ashton.

Being their one and only sister and being unable to be there on so many occasions in her life, they at least want her wedding to be special.

Ashton looked at them, "That was her wish."

For the first time since they arrive here, Xander got the hint instantly.

"But you have your own wish as well?" he asked.

Ashton looked at him and smirked, "I see that you are finally showing your identity as Nathan Price's child."

"Stop that already will you? Do you want us to stop this wedding?" Xander complained.

"Will you be able to stop her?" he shrugged.

Xander could only remain silent for this was something they can never do, stopping her from doing everything she wants.

"So do you need some help?" Timothy asked.

"I'll tell you but for now, there's none. Everything is being prepared as we talk right now."

The other two placed their hands on his shoulder, "Then we shall let you take care of our sister."

*****

"Say Amber, do you really not plan on having him propose to you?" Alissa asked as the three of them continue their shopping.

"Hmmm, well he can do it at the same time he don't have to do it. It would be a beautiful memory but if he don't the wedding would suffice," she answered honestly.

"How about you?" she then look at Samantha and asked.

"Well, with this little one in my tummy. I think it is no longer necessary?" Samantha said with uncertainty.

"Well, it shall be your preference but don't hold back just because of the little one. It is a once in a life time experience anyway. Though I suppose it would still be up to Xander on how he will do things," Amber said with a laugh.

"How about you Alissa? Well you two just started but I think it is not that bad to think about it now," Samantha nodded at Amber before looking at Alissa.

"It came from you, we just started so I want to enjoy this for now. The feeling of the beginning of a relationship," Alissa answered with a bashful smile.

Amber smiled happily, "I really thank you both, for finding my brothers and loving them."

The other two looked at each other before clinging in her arms, "We are also happy that you will be our sister-in-law."

The three of them continued with their shopping enjoying the leisure time they are currently having.

"After this it shall be a very very busy time for all of us, it is just right for us to enjoy this small amount of time that we have," Amber said as they were thinking whether to buy things or not.

And with that, the three of them didn't bother with the price and bought whatever they wanted to buy.
