229 Was It A Year Already?

The sky was in complete contrast to when they just arrived.

It had turned dark due to the clouds and a rain was threatening to fall.

Timothy held Alissa's hand tighter, the last time they came here was when he found out the truth.

Amber looked up at Ashton before smiling at him, it is finally time. She can finally bring them here.

Samantha looked at the others before holding Xander's hand giving him her full support.

"An eye for an eye, quite a title you gave this place," he commented looking down at Amber.

She looked back at him, "They would have hit me for doing this but I want something to remind me of my resolve especially when I am about to falter."

"Shall we then?" after answering that she looked at her brothers and asked.

They nodded.

Samantha and Alissa let go of their hands and gave them a push in the back.

The three of them would be staying here.

It has been so long, so long since the three of them were together.

And finally they would be able to meet their parents as a whole.

Their family is finally complete.

Amber held her brothers hands and lead them up the hill.

Somehow every step she takes made some memories of the past return to her.

The memory of the accident.

The memory of her pulling their bodies and burying them.

The memory of her walking to City A and doing her best to survive.

All of the things she had been through flashed through her mind as she walked up the hill with her brothers beside her.

Xander once again swallowed nervously, knowing they were dead is very much different than seeing their graves.

When they reached the top, the sky somehow started clearing up. As if the rain that was about to fall decided not to fall at all.

"Mom, Dad, I'm back. It's been a while, I guess I couldnt visit that often, was it a year already?" Amber started.

"But well, I brought you a special gift. Xander and Timothy are now here, I finally reunited with them. But don't worry we will make sure that not one of us would get in danger by reuniting. That was what we were scared of in the past after all."

"Well Xander is now am expecting father while Timothy finally decided to date, as for the details? They can just tell you themselves."

She looked at them and each silently looked down in the graves talking in their mind.

Amber silently stood there tears threatening to fall.

Finally she was able to fulfill a promise she made while burying them, that she will surely make her brothers meet them.

'I finally finally gave you the chance to meet them again.'

Xander started tearing up, everything was still surreal for him.

But now standing right in front of their graves, he could no longer deny it, whether outright or subconsciously.

The three of them stayed their for a while and when they finally came down, the others were already sitting inside the car, waiting for them.

"Shall we go now? It is time to make the other wheels move," Amber said as they stood side by side watching the ocean in front of them.

"By the way Amber, before anything else. How did you know we would end up in an accident two years after you left?" remembering this, Timothy asked.

"Oh, intuition. I woke up from a bad dream and I really feel like something bad would happen. That's why I had to go and ask someone to check on you, which I luckily did for I was able to save you at least. Though the trauma still remained."

"The trauma could be outgrown but the life could no longer return, we promise to always support you from here on out," Xander said seriously.

Amber gave them all a smile, this group and the others who are in different countries are all her support. In this fight she is no longer alone.

No, she was never alone, despite losing her parents, she found companions who supported her fast.

She will never forget this fact, the fact that in her fight where she thought she will have to face on her own, people willing bet their lives in order to support her.

"It would be a much tougher round this time but I really am lucky that you all are here with me," she started.

She looked at Alissa, "Your family supported me at my weakest and darkest time. Thank you for the strength you shared on those times."

She looked at her brothers, "Despite knowing that you didn't know of my identity, just knowing that you guys are alive and doing well is enough to give me strength to continue what I have started."

Then she looked at Ashton, "You were so aloof and we even had those stupid fights but it was you who was always there whenever I look back. But not just when I look back instead even when I look beside me and look in front of me."

"You were a complete support to me and your love supported me to keep going no matter what so with that I will keep thanking you. Over and over again, I will thank you and promise that no matter what I will also support you with everything."

"With all of you beside me and those who are preparing for me in the other side of the world, I thank all of you for choosing my side which is filled with danger and life threatening situations."

She looked back at the hill where her parents lay rest, "You told me then that surely I will find companions that would willingly support me in everything. And you were right they are now right beside me."

"Well some are still not here but I have them now. We are now entering the next phase of my plans and I know you must be worried but don't worry no matter what I will not die nor will I let my friends die."

"This fight is not just for me or for you or for our family, this fight is for all the people they maltreated. For the lives lost because of some stupid reason. I will make sure that they will go down and every single thing they've done shall return to them ten fold."

It started as her being a sixteen year old girl who have just lost her parents.

She only have herself as support yet maybe because of her aura, people kept coming to her and even though she would tell them who she will go against not one of them left her side.

She had experienced many downfalls and many painful moments where she could only cry her eyes out.

She had experienced wins that made her confidence grow.

She had planned and planned and planned.

And if it was someone else their heads might hurt like it was about to explode.

Now, with all the wheels of the first phase moving, the ones on the second phase are now slowly moving as well.

The story have finally reached it's half point.

There would surely be more trials she would face and more downfalls.

But now, with all these people beside her, she will have more support, she will have more people whom she can lean on.

The fight would be more arduous but she no longer care, she no longer fear her future.

What would she fear when they should be the ones fearing her?

They should tremble for her near arrival.

Tremble for they didn't know when she will strike.

They only knew one thing, the dead came back to life.

The one they tried so hard to kill was never dead in the first place.

She had been here all along preparing and preparing.

She had been here all along watching them from the shadows.

A bit more and she shall step out in the light.

She shall show them just who it was that they wanted gone.

Show them that their fear shall be justified,

She shall show them just how true the phrase "An Eye For An Eye" is.

She who was known as Amber Wood shall slowly reveal her other identity.

The identity she was born with.

The identity her parents wanted to throw.

The identity even she wanted to throw and never to return to.

Nathalie Price may be young then.

She may have no power and couldn't do anything as she watch everyone around her die.

But that was no longer the case, it is time for her to show them just who she was.

The monster they have created, she shall make sure to bare her fangs at them.

The fangs they themselves have brandished shall be used against them now.
