Chapter 139 - Your savior turned out to be the wealthiest woman

Jai smirked, "So the protectors can be attackers anytime soon. Anyway, You guys coming with us?"

Jai left the study room without waiting for their reply.

Peter rested his head on the couch, "Sam, Your savior turned out to be the wealthiest woman. If she didn't ask to look about her mother we never would have got to know about it."

"I always thought chairman Harley overestimating his daughter's safety. But it turned out to be three powerful men are protecting her." Sam replied leisurely and strode outside.

Barton brothers and Sky enjoyed a beach vacation for three days and four nights before returning back to their usual routine.

Somewhere in the quiet villa on a private island in the Pacific ocean, an early sixties old man in a black suit was sitting on a chair with the cross his legs facing the ocean.

Even though he was old, he looked strong and venomous. He had a silver smoking pipe embellished with rubies and sapphires. Smoke surrounded him but he wasn't even a list bit of troubled.

"Boss, People who investigated about Ms.Milton was sent by Ms.Sky Harley. Even though we attacked them, they successfully escaped unscratched but we got information that Mr.Harley's people stopped them. Do you want to take any action?" A forty-something year man spoke as he looked at his phone.

"Lin, What do you think about father and daughter?" Mr.Milton asked his assistant.

"Boss, I think Mr.Harley didn't tell anything about Milton family to his daughter, hence she sent her minions to check about her mother. Even though we don't know how much she got to know, at the minimum she knows she has a grandfather, uncle and a first cousin brother." When assistant Lin finished he looked outside at a man who was swimming in a pool.

"Keep a close eye on her and on this bastard." Mr.Milton was a man of few words. After saying he went inside his room.

When Sky entered her office, she was shocked beyond expectation. She turned back and looked towards Andy who was reporting about some work and schedule.

"...Our sales points were raised in the last two... Ms.Sky?" Andy stopped and looked at her in confusion.

"Who changed all these?" Sky pointed behind her showing her office interior.

Andy looked around in the office. Her interior was black and white with black dominating in the room. Now it had white and black interior but white dominating more. There were indoor plants in the office like Asparagus Fern, Yucca, Dragon Tree, Rubber Plant, Zz plant, Cast-Iron Plant and a beautiful Echeveria on Sky's new desk.

It would be a lie if Sky says she didn't like the interior. The things she loved the most were the plants in the office. But she didn't know who changed her office interior without her permission was what she cared the most.

"Ms.Sky, I don't know who changed all these. I will check with the security department" Andy replied in a jittery

"Get me a bug detector now." Sky told him as she went outside with him and sat in a waiting area outside her office. She knew she shouldn't take any chance about safety and confidentiality.

As Andy left to get a bug detector, she called David in the meantime. Seeing him not reacting even after she mentioned that she was in office, Sky understood it's not her father's work.
