Chapter 465 - She wants to be alone.

Peter pursed lips and glared at Sky...

Their dinner ended with lots of laughter. Sky gave them small new year gifts before she left with David's guards as all drank well. She arranged drivers and cars for the rest before leaving.

Sky entered the Harley mansion and froze at the door.

'Why grandmother, Ray, and Arlo are there in the living room with Dad at ten?'

'Sh*t sh*t sh*t... I'm dead.'

Sky saw their suitcases aside. She wanted to run away but Butler noticed her, "Young Miss!" All turned towards her.

Sky forced a smile at Butler and handed her laptop bag to a maid before walking towards them.

'Should I cry for my fate? Holy! My life. My poor life' Sky thought to herself.

Olivia and David were sitting on a three-seat couch on either end. Arlo and Ryan were on a different couch.

"Dad!... Grandmother!" Sky greeted and sat between them.

She moved closer to David and whispered, "Dad! Don't tell me they are going to stay here from now on?"

David looked at her face before saying loudly enough to be heard by all, "Lass! you can stay at their house too."

Sky's lips twitched as she looked at David. He knew well he couldn't send her so Jai, Olivia, and David decided to bring Arlo to stay in Harley mansion.

It must be under everyone's expectation nobody reacted much. Butler approached her and asked, "Young miss, since you decide everything in the home, they are waiting for you to decide which room to be selected."

Sky bit her lip and nodded at Butler before eyeing the other two men sitting not too far. Arlo was sitting as if he was the king of the place. Ryan was smiling don't know for what. Olivia was smiling happily.

After thinking for a few seconds Sky spoke, "Dad! Our place is far from major hospitals. Won't it be inconvenient for Grandmother?"

She was simply saying, it was not required for them to stay with them. She wants to be alone.

Olivia spoke, "Child! Don't worry about me! I'm fit and fine."

Sky again forced a smile at her. Her uneasiness was known to everyone there. So they let her take time.

Sky spoke after calming herself, "Grandmother, How about a ground floor room for you? It will be convenient for you to go around without stairs. It's spacious and you can go to the lawn from the balcony. It also has a good view at ground level."

Olivia and the other two smiled. She had a reason for choosing a room unlike randomly selecting one. Olivia rubbed her head dotingly and spoke, "Okay I will stay in that room."

"Grandmother! I will hire an interior designer. Tell him your requirements, he will finish by tomorrow night. Today rest in the guestroom. It's over there." Sky pointed the ground floor guestroom.

"Lass! Aren't you going to design?" David asked curiously. Sky helplessly looked at David. "Grandmother may not like it."

Olivia spoke affectionately, "Child! If you have time, you design it for me. I'm sure I will like it."

David patted on her back as encouragement. Sky gave a faint smile, "Sure, I will do it. Grandmother do you have any requirements?"

"Nothing!"

Sky thought for a while, "Any color selection?" "No"

"Hobby during free time?" "Reading"

Questions went on and finally stopped. "I will arrange everything by tomorrow. Grandmother! do you have any caretaker when nobody is at home?"

"She will come tomorrow!" Ryan answered.

Sky instructed Butler to prepares a room for her in servant quarters. Then maids shifted Olivia's luggage to the guest room and Sky helped Olivia to room.

All sat silently and watched how she took care of everything. Sky returned to the living room and saw three men silently sitting.

"Dad! Go and rest!" Sky said as she sat next to him.

He kissed her on the head and left but Sky ignored him.

She sighed and looked at two men. "Mr.Ray, Are you okay with the duplex room which has study attached? or do you want a separate study?"

"As you say!" Ryan said. He was already impressed by how she took care of things about Olivia.

Sky grounded her teeth and turned to a maid, "If these two misbehave with any of you, let me know without fail. Am I clear?"

Two men's lips twitched. Maid looked at handsome men and blushed. Sky was dumbfounded. 'I think men's life is more difficult.'

She turned back to them, "If you two try to boss around here, I will throw you out. Try me if you dare."

"Mr.Ray! The duplex room is spacious and vibrant. there is an attached study with the library. You can design yourself or appoint a designer yourself. Let Butler Uncle know beforehand."

"Butler uncle! I will transfer the amount to account later, you just have to look after it. Send someone with him to show the room."

Ray stood up and left as a maid carried his luggage. Sky gritted her teeth, "Wait!"

"Are you a man? How can you let her carry such huge luggage ascending stairs? Take the elevator!"

Then both went in the elevator. Sky wanted to screw Arlo for ruining peace in her home. "How do you want your room?"

Arlo himself didn't know Olivia actually decided and brought him here. Hearing her he was sure she was talking about different room for him.

Seeing him give no response, Sky spoke seriously, "If you want to share the room with Mr.Ray, carry on."

Arlo instantly reacted, "What?"

Sky took a deep breath, "Butler uncle! Ask somebody to... No need, He already visited here so many times that he knew well. Second-floor left side first room."

"Butler Uncle, rest early." Sky said and went upstairs to her room.

She got fresh and worked on her laptop as she designed Olivia's room interior. After confirming, she pushed her laptop aside and slept.

Arlo went to the room which she said. It was clean and huge but not as much as his room in Smith mansion. He had a good view outside. 

He got fresh and settled on the bed as he worked on his laptop without knowing that room won't be his room.
