Chapter 110 - I Don't Feel Like Taking A Shower

Raymond was speechless to see Luna at the front door of his office. He wondered about her tears, it is a happy tear for him or she was hurt? When she mouthed at him 'congratulations' , he thought it was a happy tear for him.

He did not after her and let Sarah in his embrace for a few moments. After she was calmer, they both continue their chatting about others matters. He was totally forgotten about Luna.

When Raymond send Sarah back at the entrance door, Luna returned back to their bedroom. She kinda turned gloomy after she saw they hug each other. Not wanting to fill her head with that stanza anymore, she lay on the bed and take a nap.

When Raymond returned to the bedroom, he saw Luna already asleep on the bed. He usually bullies her when she slept or wants to sleep with turning on the TV and rising up the volume to disturb her. But today, he doesn't feel to do it when he remembers her shocked face earlier.

He sits on the edge of the bed and stares at her sleeping face. Not knowing what feeling he had for her, but he hates to see her sad face the most. He hates when she was bullied and easily gets angry if someone dares to hurt her. The feeling of protecting her is thick in his mind and to see how she annoyed with him is like an entertainment for him.

Everything about her is new to him. He is always gentle with Sarah but he is rough and rude with her. However treatment he gives her, she still not back down and stayed with him. Adjusting her environment and adapt to his roughness and rudeness towards her. That's something he wants Sarah to have, but she's not Luna.

They both different person and their personalities are way too different. Lift up her hair strand on her face, he smiled at her. "What will you do if I recover one day? Would you still stayed on my sides?" He slips the hair behind her ear before he continues again.

"Because I don't plan on letting go of my only entertainment."

The next day,

Today is the second last day they will stay in the main house before Luna and Raymond returning back to their mansion in SC.

Victoria has prepared a barbeque party for the family at the patio area near the lawn since the evening. All of the servants were busy preparing the dishes and set up the place.

While Luna was enjoying her days with the 'night' Raymond in the library. He said he has something to do with his company matter and needs his attention while Luna has to stay at his sides, accompany him with reading a book and sat down on the couch leisurely and silently.

She doesn't want to get involved in the kitchen as Barbara and Claudia is the head of the event for today. They're in charge of selecting food and drinks. It's better to not get close to those two women. Since after the tragedy when she was forced to drink, Raymond kinda force her to stay at his side twenty-four-seven if possible.

Lucky for her too that the 'day' Raymond hasn't come out since after that and he only comes out at night when she was asleep. How does she know that? Because every time she wakes up, she will notice her hair is braided and there's a flower on it.

He took it from the vase inside the room and only the 'day' Raymond who always braids her hair. He said she looks beautiful with the braid. Of course, Luna never says 'no' to him when he does that. Truthfully, she enjoys it.

After some time, the 'night' Raymond glance over at her. "It's almost time for the party. Shouldn't you need to take a shower?" he asked. He knows that Luna is one kind of person who likes to take a shower doesn't matter whether it's winter or spring, she just likes it.

"Oh?" Luna startled and look up to the clock on the wall. It already at 5 o'clock. She then looks outside. It's not that hot nor too cold today. Just mild. She started to think about whether she should take a shower or not.

"What's wrong?" Raymond asked her again when she spacing out looking at the outside of the window.

"Hmm...I don't feel like taking a shower today." She murmurs.

Scoffing, Raymond also turns his head to the outside of the window. "Don't sleep on my bed tonight. I don't want to sleep with someone who doesn't shower. Maybe I've been too nice toward you huh? Letting you sleep on my bed since I thought my bed was too spacious."

Luna squinting her eyes. "Urgh.." She grunting and put back the book she's reading into the shelf. She stomping out from the library and went upstairs, to the bedroom.

When she opened the bedroom door, she was a bit surprised to smell someone's perfume which is clearly not hers. She then tries to look around the room and didn't find anyone.

To not making such a fuss, she then undresses her clothes and went to the bathroom, going straight to the shower area. She thought she wants to do a quick bath today as the weather is quite chilly now.

Just when she taps on the shower button, the water that running down to her body feels a bit different and when her skin suddenly stings with the itchy feels, she immediately turns off the shower. The vapor that forms inside the shower room suffocated her throat and she hardly can breathe.

She coughs and her body skin feels so itchy and stings right now. She tries to slide the glass door, but it was somehow auto-locked from the outside. She then bangs her hand on the glass.

"H-help! R-Raymond!!" She tries to call out Raymond's name. But it was so hard for her to do so. The vapor hurt her throat and her skin burned with red marks all over her body. It's hurt. And she felt like melting right now.

"H-help!" She said before she passes out on the floor.

Raymond looked at the clock, it's been thirty minutes since after Luna went back to the bedroom. She is supposedly done with showering, but why she still doesn't come down right now?

Somehow, he feels like there's something off when the house is also a bit quiet and all of them already gather up at the lawn starting the party. Without wasting any more minutes, he went upstairs to look for her.
