Juumonji Risa’s weird assumption of Arcades

Around the time when Emi and the others were hard at work at the study session.

The Useless Three were heading to the arcade.

“It’s going to be my first time at an arcade………so exciting.”

“What, Risa? You’ve never been to an arcade before?”

“I mean, our teachers always say that scary people hang out there……”

“Are you a kid?”

“Hideyori……We are literally kids you know.”

Because of my previous life memory, I still can’t shake off the discomfort from the fact that we are still 12-13 years old.

I’ve already accumulated so many experiences that it wouldn’t be strange for me to think of myself as an adult after all.

(TLN: Japanese Yokais, Hanako-san is a toilet ghost, Gashadokuro is a giant creepy skeleton)

It was seriously a surprise to see Risa start trembling in fear about those ghosts and demons for real.

Still, it seems even inside a game’s world, the old idea that an arcade = thugs, shakedown, and hoodlums continue to persist.

“Your sister is really pure huh.”

“Unlike you, she’s still untainted.”

“Who’re you calling tainted eh.”

This siscon sure is rude.

“But you know, hanging out with just the three of us is kind of refreshing isn’t it!”

“Yeah, I want Risa to get to know Hideyori better.”

“Got it, Nii-san.”

Probably because he realized that Risa and I are not that close, Takeru wanted to create a chance for us to get to know each other better. I think it’s kind of him to do that.

My character who wasted all his kindness in the game is truly the worst.

On the ‘refreshing’ thing though, since the Juumonji siblings + Hideyori is a common group of friends in Risa’s route, it doesn’t really feel all that refreshing.

There were a lot of dialogues between Risa and Hideyori in the game after all.

That said though, I kind of feel like my game-self was more intimate with her.

“I feel like Nii-san has been on good terms with Miyamura-san lately.”

“Well, I guess so. Takeru is aiming for Miyamura-san after all.”

“Nii-san is……..?”

“Yeah.”

Hideyori replied with a serious expression.

In his mind, he couldn’t care less about Takeru. While hiding his dark desire for Risa’s body, all he thought was how to lead her in a convenient direction.

“In fact, he confessed to me last week that he actually has a crush on her.”

“Eh…..? N, Nii-san did…….?”

“ [Towa probably can’t get the memory of her parents’ death out of her mind, every day, she’s suffering. I want to be there to heal her scar.] he said………he looked all serious too. I think Takeru is pretty serious about her.”

In truth, Takeru did say [Towa looked like she’s in pain, I wonder why?]. It was something that came up in their conversation but by exaggerating it Hideyori managed to inflict a deep wound on Risa’s heart.

In the first place, from Takeru’s perspective, he knows Miyamura Towa only as an acquaintance whose parents committed a double suicide. Moreover, he only heard that from the rumors.

Information that can be distorted would be distorted.

That was the scumbag way of the man called Akechi Hideyori.

“No…….I hate it……..I, even though I like Nii-san so much……why won’t he ever look at me……? Because I’m his sister? Is it so wrong just being his sister…..?”

“Risa-chan…….if you that way then come talk to me! If it’s about Takeru then I will do my best to help you.”

“Akechi-kun……”

“For me, Takeru’s sister is my sister. You can call me Hideyori. Let’s get along better from now on.”

“Thank you, Hideyori-san. Please let me rely on you.”

A strange event came to my mind.

It was a scene where [Akechi-kun] changed to [Hideyori-san] in Risa’s route.

It was a scene that would make the players go [This guy is a piece of work!] from how much the scene was filled with an NTR vibe.

It was an event that occurred when you raised your favorability with Eien-chan to a certain level during Risa’s route.

I remember it well since I wanted to just skip Risa’s route and make my way to Eien-chan’s route.

In the end, that led to a scene where Eien-chan pushed you in the back and said [Go to Risa. Protect her from that trash! Don’t give up!]. It was a super emotional scene where Eien-chan encouraged the protagonist to save Risa.

After she sent off Takeru, she tried to hold back her own feelings but she still cry from her broken heart. The CG for that scene was god-tier.

It was a scene that can make the players yell [Just let me make a choice and go capture Towa instead!].

I was treated like trash by Eien-chan again!?

It hurts when she can treat me like that so naturally………

“Ah! I can see it!”

Risa raised a joyful voice.

She’s a girl that looks like the female version of Takeru.

But even if she’s not that popular among the players, she’s still a heroine.

She’s charming and I do think that she’s cute.

She’s a girl with an energetic and serious personality.

And I’ve already come to know how good of a girl she is.
