Chapter 295 - Rescue Suzy!!

"Haha…Ms. Suzy to like you, what I need is not confidence but a sincere heart, but---" Before Jiang Chu could speak further, Suzy cut him off impatiently.

"Mr. Jiang, it's useless to pretend in front of me. Others may not know but I know very well what your intentions are" not in a hurry to explain, Suzy, sipped the wine glass before she continued "What you like is not me but my company and my beauty. It's indeed true that I'm beautiful, intelligent and smart but it doesn't mean that anyone can like me. And, other than these two things, what you like the most is…my brain. Because you can't steal my brain you want to confront me in the name of love and marriage and then make me your puppet. Am I right…Mr. Jiang?" Suzy asked with a smile.

Amused, a dark light flashed through his eyes as he heard Suzy's complete analysis. Gulping the wine at one go, he looked at Suzy and said "No wonder they call you beauty with brain. What Ms. Suzy said is indeed true but…knowing too much is not good for yourself you know"

"Is Mr. Jiang threatening me?"

"Well, you can say so. Ms. Suzy, since you know my intention then I will not hide it anymore. Indeed, whatever you said is true. I'm courting you for your unparalleled beauty and brain as well for the Li corporation but don't worry, I'll let you manage it as you want"

"haha…Mr. Jiang, your words seem to be very funny. Why will I need your opinion and permission to run my company? If you think so you can threaten me then…frankly speaking, it's better if you stay away from me. If my man gets to know your idea then....I don't think so he will let even a single cell of your brain to be intact. Whether you take this as a warning or as my good words….it's left to you but you should stay away from me" Suzy replied with a smile

"Oh…what to do, I'm scared, but what to do, I'm already obsessed"

Shrugging her shoulder, Suzy gulped the last sip of wine and stood up to say "Since I have already said you what I should then, it's your choice to believe me or not but for now….Mr. Jiang, I'll take me leave"

"Who said that you can go?" As soon as Suzy heard Jiang Chu's words, she halted in her place. Before Suzy could turn around, she felt that someone sprayed something on her and because of its smell, Suzy learned that it was chloroform and then she felt a thin hands belonging to a woman holding her from falling.

Seeing the unconscious Suzy, Jiang Chu smiled in glee and said "haha…I knew you were not the easy one hence, I was already prepared, Ms. Suzy. Too bad, no matter how brilliant you are, you still fell in my hands"

Then looking at the young woman dressed as a waitress, he said "take her to the mansion secretly. And, remember not to hurt her. If I find a single mark on her then…" Jiang Chu warned

"Yes sir, I understand" the waitress who was, in fact, a mercenary replied politely.

"Ah..and, when will the drug take its effect?"

"Within half an hour. After then no matter how willful she is, she will not be able to resist you"

"Good…ask the butler to install a few cameras in the bedroom. Who knows what this little fox might do at the end. It's better to have something in hand which can control her"

"I'll inform the butler now" the waitress bowed respectfully and replied.

Stretching his hand out lazily, Jiang Chu said with a smile "Ahh…what a nice day. Today I will get to ravish a beauty…hmm, should I buy some kinky stuffs?…" he thought while he made his way outside.

Not far away from them, Luo Shen's eyes looked very cold as he watched the young waitress carrying Suzy. Just like he had expected, this man did not have any good intentions. Just when Luo Shen was planning to rescue Suzy from the young women's hand, he saw a few burly men walking towards the young women to escort her out. Seeing their strength, Luo Shen was sure that he would not be able to fight them for them, hence he decided to follow them closely.

Not far away from them, a car was parked in the dark. Making their towards the car, all the big burly man got into one girl while the female mercenary took Suzy to another car. While the young woman was helping Suzy to put on her safety belt, Luo Shen rolled over quietly and opened the trunk of the car and got inside and closed the door before the female mercenary could notice him.

In the dark, Luo Shen took the chance to inform police officers so that they could help them out later. Because it was not convenient to speak, he decided to test the officer and even sent them his live location to make it easy. Not long after, Luo Shen felt that the car moved and he could barely make out the direction the car was being driven. After driving for half an hour, Luo Shen finally felt the car stop and he soon heard the doors open.

Hoping to get some clues, Luo Shen maximized his hearing sense and tried to listen to the situation outside. Just then, he heard an old voice say to the young woman to take Suzy to the first floor to the room at the east wing and soon after that, he heard them walking away from the car.

Instead of getting down from the car immediately, Luo Shen waited for five minutes and then opened the trunk from inside slightly, opening only a bit from which he could observe the situation outside. When he did not find anyone passing by, he finally opened the trunk a little bit and got down from the trunk.

Rolling towards the bushes, he observed the mansion for a while. According to the butler's instruction, Suzy should be brought into a room at the second floor in the east wing. After calculating based on the mansion and it's style, Luo Shen guessed where was the east wing but then later he found there were two rooms in the east wing and he did not know which was the room where Suzy was brought in.

While Luo Shen was in a dilemma, he saw the right side room lit up and there were a few moments in the room. Guessing based on the butler's words and the time taken by the young woman, Luo Shen guessed that Suzy must have been brought into that room by that woman.

Taking one last glance off the surroundings to make sure that no one was there, he crawled towards the pole which could help him to climb up to the second floor.

Grasping the pipe, he climbed the stairs with all his might. Even though he felt his hands were turning numb, he did not stop until he climbed the second floor. After climbing the second floor, Luo Shen peeped through the window only to be dumbfounded.
