The carriage reaches close and the sight of the castle arrives, and the wheels boards the main road towards the small town setting around the castle.
The whole picturesque was like a Halloween celebration, if a human being was there to do a description.
Black clouds covered the top of the castle, with their dark Smokey texture spiralled right above the tallest minaret of the palace.
The castle itself was no less than the presentation of a scary madhouse, more likely of 'Count Dracula' placement.
The palace of the Ghost King had four minarets with a cone hat on each, the castle was symbolic for darkness as the realm itself.
A loud howl resonated which echoed throughout the valley, the 'HellHounds' acknowledged the arrival of their Master beforehand.
The mangled black fury wolves, with phantom abilities and super strength were caged at the entrance of castle and were captured as the pets for Sinclair, their glowing red eyes awaited for the Ghost King to play with them!
No vegetation was in sight because of the magma floor, which held the wrath of Ghost King.
Joseph was peering at Sinclair with suspicious eyes, as if he had sensed something wrong.
"Brother, are you alright? Listen I'm sorry, I did not want to stir any trouble for you but...."
"It is okay, Joseph. I know it was not your cup of tea, but still you did good, boy."
Sinclair replied him in mild tone, being occupied with many things.
Joseph felt a relief listening to his words and settled back.
"Phew! Luckily he is not angry. Otherwise how would I calm his ire."
Joseph was in his own thoughts, aware of his brother's anger and wrath, he did not wanted to be punished.
Sinclair stole a glance at his face and had a hunch that someone was telling lies or hiding something, but he decided to go with the flow.
The carriage entered the town which was more of an office rather a residential area, precise for a living. Small housings had a shabby outer as if a whirlwind had caused that devastation.
The town laid in the way towards the castle, which was on a high cliffside as a dead end. A few workers were outside and bowed to the mighty Ghost King who peeked through the carrige window eerily.
Meanwhile a maid servant working in those high walls of castle, dared to initiate a conversation under the cynical Ghost King. The lady questioned to her partner in a low voice.
"Have you ever seen the princess?"
Both were walking towards the chamber of Ghost King to provide the services of cleaning once again in that moment, striding delicately with their black frocks slightly held up the ankles, into their fists.
"No! I have not, have you?"
She questioned her back in curious tone. The first one narrowed her eyes and twisted her face in rejection.
"No! Neither me."
After a minute of pause she chirped again.
"I have never seen the princess. Not even anyone else, her family moved to 'living realm'. It is said that princess is confined only to her chamber and is not allowed to get interact to 'outer world' including the master."
"Yeah, I have heard these types of gossips too. But now Master is marrying her, we get to serve the lady and to see her more."
The second one tried to cut out.
"Why she is not allowed to interact? Maybe Princess is mad or retar....."
The second woman placed her right palm above her lips to make her shut.
"Shushh! Are you insane? If anyone would hear us, we will be hanged at once for the crime to insult Master's bride!"
She scolded her with crooked finger, the first one nodded and they took bigger steps towards the chamber.
After all they were going to see the princess for the first time, in fact everyone else in the kingdom was impatiently waiting for the Princess to arrive. They needed someone to tame the anger of their Master, the Ghost king!
