Chapter 372 - Bring Back My Children Or Else...

"But Dad, I just came from the children's room, and there is no one there. Even their belongings are gone. Have you started loading the things?" Ashley asked in astonishment as she looked around at her father and mother.

"What? No, not yet. Their belongings are still in their room. And one more thing, the van's not even here because Tiny is refueling it and Ruffy's still outside driving. I'm sure he'll be back soon. If their belongings are gone too, they must've gone somewhere, right?" 

When everyone hears what Jessie said, they all had the same thing in their mind. Everyone had quickly run to the children's room to check for any clues that might lead them to where the children were.

Except for Tanaka, who went to their mother's room to see if she's there, he was suspicious that his mother had something to do with their disappearance. He prayed that his mother was still asleep and was still in her room, but he was wrong.

Tanaka was not mistaken with his instinct. When he arrived at his mother's room, there was no one there. Where she went, he has no idea. He quickly made a call to his mother with the hope that she would at least take his call. If she didn't, then they'd be in trouble if Tanaga found out.

Naomi picked up the call after, "You wanted to know if I have the children with me? Of course, I do. But don't worry, I'm not going to harm my grand-children if you ask Tanaga and Ashley to give me what I want. So be a good kid and tell your sweet sister-in-law and brother to give me what I want or else." She threatened before ending the call. 

Tanaka was at a loss of words. He didn't know what he could possibly do at the moment. He knew that if Tanaga heard about this, he could potentially have another seizure, and he couldn't let that happen. He was still contemplating what to do when he suddenly heard voices coming his way. He quickly left and went to his own room to think.

As he sat on top of the bed, he was anxiously waiting for someone to knock on his bedroom door at any moment. However, after a while of silence and no one coming in, he decided to go back out and find out if they'd already learned that the twins and their governess had been kidnapped.

When he arrived in the living room, everyone was there speaking at the same time. Ruffy, Tiny, Jessie, Fely, Ashley, and Tanaga were discussing where the twins could be. Tanaka stopped at the threshold, unable to continue towards the group.

Suddenly he heard the door open, and two bodyguards came rushing in to report.

"We just learned that less than an hour ago, a black van came. It had the logo of the resort." He pointed to the other bodyguard that came with him. 

"Why don't you tell them what happened," said the other bodyguard to his companion, nudging his shoulder.

Everyone's attention was on the bodyguard that had just entered the room, waiting for his news.

"Well, as he said, a black van with the resort logo came and parked at the side of the villa. When I went to ask what he wanted, he said he was sent to pick up a passenger to take them to the airport.

"That's when old madam came out with the twins and their nannies along with their luggage. I even helped them load it to the van. Nothing was amiss, so I thought nothing of it." The bodyguard asked curiously.

" WHAT?!" Boomed Tanaga. His face was burning red, and he looked like he could kill someone.

He couldn't believe that their mother has the guts to do such a thing. If he could get a hold of her right now, he'd rip her limb to limb.

Ashley was quick to make her husband sit down. She then asked for someone to bring a cold bottle of water and handed it to Tanaga.

"Calm down, she is your mother, after all, you shouldn't worry too much. Even though she had bad intentions, I knew she would not hurt her grand-children. She's doing this because she wants something. Once we find out what it is, we get them back." Ashley whispered softly to her husband.

A headache began to brew inside of Tanaga's head. He pulled his hair with his fingers to calm himself down, but when it wouldn't subside, he put both palms on his face. He tried to calm himself down because he knew it wouldn't help if he was angry. 

Everyone understood the situation and quickly made their way out of the living room, leaving only the two to talk things out. They didn't see Tanaka standing by the threshold, watching everything unfold.

Jessie, Fely, Tiny, and Ruffy were furious at her and ready to chase Naomi wherever she was at that moment. Even though Tiny knows that they can easily find her, all they have to do is track either Inday or Juanita's phone's location, and they'll know precisely where Naomi, Inday, Juanita, and the twins are.

However, they fear for Tanaga's health. They were afraid that he may later die of rage or cause him to be in another coma.

"Let the couple decide what to do. As Ashley says, nothing bad will happen to the children because their grandmother is the one that took them. I'm sure her conscience doesn't allow her to hurt her own flesh and blood." Jessie said, fully knowing that what she said was most likely false.

Fely was crying in fear of what would happen to her grandchildren. She knew that Naomi was capable of doing terrible things. She was a demon with the blackest of hearts. 

Ruffy and Tiny, on the other hand, were whispering to each other. They were discussing what to do once the couple Ashley and Tanaga, made their decision. They needed to be ready at all times. One word from Tanaga or Ashley, and they would be going after that old witch of a mother.

"Ruffy, you stay put and let me know as soon as they make their decision. Meanwhile, I will track Inday or Juanita's phone, so we know exactly where they are. Don't let anyone know!" Tiny then left after excusing himself.

When Tanaka saw that everyone left to go to the kitchen to have a meeting, the only one left was the couple. He slowly approached them to try to speak to Tanaga.

"Brother, I'm sorry!" That was all that came out of Tanaka's mouth. 

But Tanaga wasn't having any of it and shouted loudly at him. 

"CALL OUR MOTHER AND TELL HER THAT IF SHE DOESN'T WANT ME TO BURY HER ALIVE, SHE'LL RETURN MY CHILDREN TO ME RIGHT NOW!" 

Once he finished ordering Tanaka, he was ready to make a move. Ashley was also prepared to go since she was worried about what he might do once he got his hands on his mother.

And for Tanaka, there was nothing he could say or do instead of calling his very own mother.

Meanwhile, Inday and Juanita were put in a separate room with one of the children with each of them. They were crying their heart out when they figured out that they had been kidnapped. The man that was driving the van was one of Naomi's accomplices. Along with two more that were waiting for them in the nearby hotel.

Naomi contacted them the night before after they came back from the hospital. She's running out of time, and if she doesn't get the money she needed, her husband's company will go bankrupt in no time. That's when she got the idea of kidnapping her grandchildren to threaten Ashley.

Since her mother was still in the ICU and she even thought Tanaga was still in a coma, she believed that Ashley was the only one who could get the money for her. Ashley was the president of THJ Group in America. Therefore, she has power too.

Naomi didn't have a hard time convincing Inday and Juanita since she was the children's grandmother. They didn't suspect that she had bad intentions and went along with her story.

When Naomi told them that they would leave first since Ashley was still busy and Tanaga was still in a coma, they believed her. Inday and Juanita even prepared all the twins and their belongings, and when Naomi called for them, they didn't think twice and willingly went with her.

Inday tried to contact Fely, but they were out walking, and they didn't take their phones with them. When she couldn't get a hold of Fely, she also tried Ruffy, but to no avail, she also didn't get a hold of him. He was also out jogging and didn't take the phone with him. Since Naomi was the children's grandmother, the two didn't think of anything and went along with her story.

Naomi had no idea that Tanaga was even awake. When she decided to take the twins with her, it was only to get even with Ashley and her family. She wanted to get even with Fely for slapping her the night before. She knew that there's no way she could use the children to threaten her son and mother to get what she wanted. 

However, Ashley was a different matter. Driven by her love for her children, she'd do anything Naomi wanted just to get her beloved children back. At least, that's what she thought.
